My computer is beautiful, everything I asked for and wanted. As soon as I got it out of the box, I called Doghouse Systems and their friendly service people helped me figure out how to connect my computer to my two monitors. This is my family's third machine to buy through Doghouse Systems, and it won't be our last.

First time ever getting a gaming computer and they made it easy with basic parts and upgraded parts for the serious players. It was great service and shipping came on time. The computer after 2 weeks has been running strong and love all the custome emblems from dog house systems. comibg back for sure

I had no problem ordering and modifying my purchase during the order and manufacturing of my new computer, however when setting my tower up i had noticed it did not come with an adapter for the graphics card, which was inconvenient and made me wait 2 more days before i could set it up entirely. My storage devices for the computer also weren't pre-plugged in so after loading everything up i only had 500mb of storage instead of the 1.2 terabytes. Little things like that which made my experience not 5 star.

I purchased the Armor TL, it being the first real gaming pc I've had, and the computer has been great! There hasn't been any problems at all. And customer support has been fantastic, they get back to you very quickly. Not to mention how much they all care to make your experience smooth. Setup was so extremely easy (being someone who knows nothing about building a computer).

The armor VS system I received is great. The setup was the easiest thing in the world because I just followed the very detailed, custom made instructions in my personalized instruction binder. Also immediately when my video wasn't working(due to user error of plugging into the wrong HDMI port) customer service answered without me being put on hold and had me up and running in under 5 minutes.

I'll definitely be ordering from doghouse again, but not for a while because this device will not be going anywhere soon.

My name is Konstantine Stratidis, a satisfied customer of DogHouse Systems. Yesterday I contacted DogHouse Systems Support and was greeted by technician Mr. Trae Greenlee. My concern was an issue I was experiencing with my machine on lag and crashing within Sid Meirer’s Civilization V game. At first, I thought my graphics card (Nvidia GEFORCE 675) was at fault however, Trae assured me with a Stress Test that the card was not faulty. Further, Trae was able to assist me for approximately one hour and 45 minutes on clearing any issues with my machine, thoroughly updating the systems drivers, and removing any unnecessary programs that may be conflicting with my machine’s performance and/or CPU usage.

Throughout our discussion, Mr. Greenlee was exceptionally helpful, demonstrating outright professionalism in knowledge and support. His understanding of issues concerned with inconsistency of CPU usage was overwhelmingly helpful in dictating what necessary precautions be made when moding a specific game. Furthermore, Mr. Greenlee was able to provide additional insight on future compatibility prospects.

As such, I am writing this email to DogHouse Systems to express my gratitude and congratulate your entity on sheer professionalism and utter understanding of knowledge transfer to the adherence of customer satisfaction.

My Armor TL is just this huge tower of gaming goodness! Everything is turned up to the max and still great frame rates. Solid state drive gives fast start-ups. The front mounted air filter is easy to keep clean. And this whole computer is QUIET! The case couldn't be easier to get into. All-in-all this PC makes my last four look like cheap alarm clocks.

Doghouse Computer folks.   I have been using my new computer for a few weeks.   I just wanted to tell you all that I frakkin’ luuuv it.   I’m not easy to please with this type of equipment, but it surpasses my expectations, in all respects.  You all put together a top notch machine.  I use a smaller one at work, and now I’ve got the best at home.  Thank you for the work that you do and the machine that you build.  Please pass along my appreciation.  You all have a great week.

This is my second purchase with DogHouse Systems, and as before it was an easy experience. My favorite part of choosing a system from them is the number of options available. They don't make you decide about power supplies, fans, lights, or a bunch of other details to drive you crazy, just a few choices of the main components. Their builders know the rest inside and out.

Customer service is excellent at DogHouse Systems. Any technical problem you have can often be solved with a phone call. Other perks pop up now and then. I got upgraded from Build It to Rush It and got my system weeks before I expected it. A pleasant surprise!

Five years ago when I was researching my first DogHouse purchase the only storage option was 1 TB drives. I e-mailed DogHouse and got a reply from someone I was later told was the owner. I confessed I had already overdone it and owned more than 1 TB worth of games and asked if 2 TB could be offered. He immediately came back with, "Consider it done." Talk about listening to your customers! The next day, sure enough, 2 TB drives were an option and I placed my order right away.

I recommend DogHouse to anyone looking for a flexible but not overbearing set of choices in their machines, a great customer service experience, and follow up from a team that really seems to care about the customer.

I've had my DogHouse System PC for about 5 years now. In that time I've had a few components I've upgraded (by choice) - and the DogHouse staff have been there to help me without exception. My computer has never let me down, and my choice in company has never let me down either. I'd buy from them again without a moment's hesitation.

I have had the MOST INCREDIBLY POSITIVE customer experience with Doghouse Systems - they are above and beyond reproach in their field. From initial exploratory contact, to the sales process, to the building of my computer, to the quality of my computer, to assisting me with my computer after receiving it - EVERY FACET HAS BEEN FIRST CLASS!!!

I knew the parameters of quality build and speed that I wanted but being a "non-tech" guy I needed guidance on choosing the options. Archie spent over two hours on the phone with me walking me through not just my choices but the "why" of the decision parameters. Once my order was placed the build time was right in line with their original ship date estimate.

Tawni confirmed with me all of the shipping information when the time came and even communicated with me late on a Friday night when I had several questions regarding the shipping.

After receiving the computer I was amazed at the structural and technical quality!!! My expectations were high but Doghouse blew me out of the water with a first class machine. I have had it since late May and it continues to perform most, most admirably.

Keith has provided their support on numerous occasions as I have needed it - ranging from advice to actually taking control of my computer. He never rushes and no question is out-of-bounds. He even called me on Memorial Day weekend after I e-mailed him a question. Their life-time quality support was one of the tenets of my decision to become a member of the Doghouse family and they have fully fulfilled that commitment.

My reason to buy my computer from a "boutique" company was to have a long-term quality machine with high end performance - I feel that is no more expensive than having more frequent replacements with mass produced wares.

I researched boutique builders extensively and Doghouse Systems always was given high marks and now I know why.

I can not give them any higher recommendation other than to say "quit shopping and order from Doghouse Systems".
