They took my $79 for a big herding ball and I never received anything. They never answered my emails. BIG SCAM

The products are cheap. They only advertise good reviews on website and are borderline scamming people

Scam company – be very careful

I found DoggoComfy through a TikTok advertisement showing a very cozy dog bed with a roof, like a small dog house. It looked perfect for my dog, and since my dog is large, I ordered the biggest size available. The price was over $170, and the money was charged from my card immediately.

I waited four weeks and received absolutely nothing.

From the beginning I had doubts, but only later did I start researching what kind of company this really is. I never received a shipping confirmation email, no tracking number, and no response to any of my three emails asking about the order status.

Looking back, there were clear red flags:
• The order confirmation came from a Gmail address, not a company domain
• I was later asked to “confirm” my phone number, even though it was already provided during checkout

That’s when the red warning lights really turned on.

Thankfully, purchase insurance exists, so I was able to protect myself financially. But many people might not be so lucky.

Be very careful. This company appears to be a scam, preying on animal lovers through emotional ads.
Always check who you are buying from before placing an order. This time I didn’t, because everything looked normal at first — but it wasn’t.

I do not recommend this company.

Today is the 29th of January and my products have STILL not arrived yet. My order was placed on January 5th

Tracking is not helpful nor does it seem to move at all.
I would NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from this fly by night online "shop".

I ordered two dog hair removal gloves. Cheap, flimsy dupes of the product shown on Instagram were delivered to me. They do not send you the product as shown on Instagram. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Bad company! Paid nearly $50 for a “medium” dog bed that could fit maybe a mini chihuahua… not much bigger than a shoe. The quality is not good. They make returns hard and to the point where it’s not worth it cause you lose half your money. Wish I read the reviews before…

Not as advertised. Paid a lot of money for what I perceived as an amazing little dog bed / house for my dog. It arrived from china all bend and does not even stand up. I would not recommend purchasing from them. It’s a shame I seen all the negative reviews after my purchase. Terrible terrible quality. Purchase elsewhere and save your money!

I purchase the necklace item with the dog pic and name.After 18 days my package arrived.Its very beautiful and it is just in the pictures but I thought it's gonna be a little bigger but it's ok I'm happy cause our dog recently passed away and it's the perfect gift for my gf. Reading these reviews I thought they will never send me the necklace but they were very typical and they send me even how to track my order with 100% true time.,so from my personal experience I am very satisfied.I don't see nothing else I would like to purchase from there but in my case they were very correct.I live in Greece..The only thing I would like to know though is the quality of necklace but again thank you.

awful experience. the products were not as advertised. made cheaply and not durable at all. when i tried returning them i was made to pay the return fee but had they told me they were junk i wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place. way over priced.

What a waste of money,, I waited for my dog house for over 3 months, only for it to be a horrible purchase. The dog bed/house collapsed on my dog and we had to reinforce the inside with plastics sticks to keep it from falling down…

I ordered a toy 25 $ never recived It...

This company is unreal. I purchased a dog toy for 25 dollars and then looked on Amazon and other websites who sell it for 8 dollars. And that price was after I applied a 20 percent discount. Honestly it is disgusting how much they were trying to charge the public. It really pissed me off. Not to mention they don’t even give you an hour to cancel your order and they make you pay to ship it back. I cancelled my order within forty mins and I ordered at 1am in the morning. I was told it was to late and they couldn’t cancel it Don’t waist your time with this website! They will up charge the hell out of you and it really upset me to see what they are doing to hard working people .

This company is a scam with a lousy customer service. After having a delivery issue, the goods were returned to their store. They never dared reply to my inquiries about reimbursements... meaning I paid 57$ and have no product. I strongly advise people to avoid dealing with theM; products are bought on Alibaba for a third of what they are selling to us. Outrageous.

I ordered 2 products and I received only one the price of the other product that was an xl bed case over 100€. I tried contacting via email 10 times with no response. Also I send a message on there TikTok page and they blocked me!

This place is trash I order items these people sent the color they want me to have and I emailed them they said send a Picture you have the order the color in the picture. Played a game I deleted and block their email off my account 😑 and never looked back advice people don't order if you can't touch or feel the merchandise it's look amazing on internet but it can be deceiving the doggie cup they sent me in white which I pick teal 💚 green color wouldn't open someone got the twist stuck it was a nightmare. It's over now. I hope this place get close down. That how upset I was soo unprofessional money hungry.😒you can't even send an review I have to go threw trustpilot.com. everyone gave them a five star are they friends and family.

I wish that I would have read all the horrible reviews (almost 100% bad) before ordering. I spent $150.00 on a cooling bed that came from China. The very first night, the bed was easily ripped and the cooling materials came out. We had to throw the bed in the garbage because the cooling materials were seeping out all over the place. In the marketing materials, on the website it shows all breeds of dogs laying on the bed, little dogs and big dogs. They also show an image of a demonstration of a pair of scissors that is also unable to rip it. It rips easy, It’s extremely poor quality and fraudulently marketed. Because it was defective, I asked for a full refund. I was refused any compensation. I am now out of $150.00. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are a really awful company!

Save your money and get your dog a decent toy. These are garbage. Cheap plastic and poor design. My dog destroyed it in 10 minutes. I feel dumb for buying it
