BMW X2
Dean and Staci were so helpful from first speaking. I had issues with trying to find a dog box to fit a BMW X2 ( not easy to come by!) and Dean went above and beyond to assist me.
Sent thro drawings to approve and kept me updated at every stage.
Updated when product was ready to be delivered and again this went to plan with updated emails and delivery when said by the transport company.
I would certainly recommend this company and customer service is second to none.

Excellent Service
My first contact was a web message to ask about availability. A response was sent first thing the following morning.
I spoke with the Dog Box team and decided on a different size crate they checked stock and confirmed available for next day delivery. The team were polite helpful and delivery was fast.

Happy with purchase
Box arrived on a pallet in A1 condition and it well constructed and Nicky made and finished.
Only slight down side for me is the rubber mat could do with being thicker and door locked are hard to open and close due to size but I am sure this will loosen off with use.
Overall I am really happy with purchase.
