I ordered a harness, a rope lead, and a coat for my dog, totaling almost £100 plus postage. The payment was taken from my account right away, but since then, it has been complete radio silence. I haven't received a dispatch confirmation, tracking number, or any updates regarding when the order will actually ship.

I have reached out via email and phone multiple times attempting to get a basic update, but all of my messages have been completely ignored. Taking customer payments without shipping the goods or providing even minimal communication is completely unacceptable.

I wish I had read the comment I just found here—another customer had the same experience with purchasing from this company. Given the complete lack of response and immediate taking of funds, I strongly suspect this business is fraudulent. At this point, I have no idea if my order will ever arrive, and I cannot recommend buying from them.

I hope they address this promptly and process a full refund. I will try to contact my bank to start the chargeback process, and I will recommend anyone to take action as soon as possible.

I placed an order for a dog harness on 22nd March and payment was taken immediately. Since then, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking information, and no indication of when my order will be dispatched.

I have contacted the company several times for an update but have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and has left me questioning whether I will receive the product at all.

As a customer, I expect timely updates and basic customer service, especially when there are delays. Unfortunately, my experience has been poor due to the absence of any communication after payment was taken.

I hope the company resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.

First time we had visited, great service and the shop was full of doggy accessories. Highly recommended
