If I could put negative stars I would - biggest scam out there. They DM you on insta with a code to get free items from their site, you pay for shipping and surprise surprise - your product NEVER comes. I followed up once a month for 4 months giving them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID but the account "angela.dogs" kept saying (in butchered english) that "they'll get the order out its stuck in customs" and never addressed my requests for a refund until eventually, they blocked my account. At this point, they can keep the $20 shipping fee because they clearly need it more than I do. Absolutely pathetic. I wish I could attach the screenshots I took but one day soon, when I have nothing better to do I'll be DMing every single account that follows them and letting them know its a scam. Wish these people put as much effort into an actual job as they do into scamming - the world would be a better place.

Account messaged me via Instagram, they have multiple accounts so be careful. It’s for doggolabstore.com. They say you can have a free bandana and pay shipping. I ordered in October 2020. And it’s now April 2021. Luckily I contacted my bank after a month. I got my money back. The account is now not active. I just had another one message me. Hello my name is Gus and I wanted to tell everyone that the Chinese company Doglab does not have a Facebook account , everyone is leaving crappie comments on my business DogLab dog day care and training and don’t even sell anything, people are so mad that is hurting my business so please don’t leave messages on a Facebook account . This company contacted me via Instagram regarding my pups being an ambassador and that they were giving away free bandanas for me to just pay the shipping costs... yep never received bandana and have been promised a refund but nothing has come back on my PayPal account. BIGGEST SCAM

I ordered 2 dog beds and never received them! Scam! NO one to contact!

Total scam. Never received the dog bed Or a refund or any of my emails answered. This was from January 2020. Do not buy from this company

Scam! They contacted me on IG and offered me a bandana in exchange for some promotion and this was in august. Today i got an email saying they hace processed my order, almost 5 months later. I doubt i will ever recieve my bandana. I only paid shipping, but waste of money either way.

Scam - I ordered a dog bed April 22, 2020 and NEVER received it! I sent numerous emails and NONE have been returned!

My Doberman has been itching and biting at himself for months. I changed his food, tried adding coconut oil to his food. His vet even put him on apoquil which didn’t help, so I thought I would try this. Unfortunately it did not help and he seems to be scratching more. I just want some relief for him.

About six months ago I ordered a Hot Dog bed for my Golden Retriever, Buster. I am sorry everyone for ignoring you comments saying Dog Lab is a scam. :( Never received the dog bed and refund was not available. Just a waste of time AND money.

The only reason these scum bags even got 1 star from me was to be able to leave a review. SCAMMING THIEVES!!! Do NOT order from this company because you will not receive anything and they just take your money. I ordered almost a year ago. They should be in jail after seeing all these reviews and finding out I don’t stand alone in being robbed by them. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I ordered from them on 5/3/2020. Still have not received the 2 dog beds and all emails to them have been returned. This is a scam do not loose your money on this company.
