Honestly didn't expect to write this. But after what happened, I feel like other founders deserve to know.
My account got suspended with the reason "generating NSFW content." My product is an AI video studio, and one of the first things I built was a filter that blocks users from generating NSFW content. So the reason made no sense at all.
What hurt more: they refunded all my active subscribers without telling me. Customers I worked months for and spent real ad money to get just gone. One of the refunds was from my own test account and the money never even came back to my bank.
I reached out through email and Discord trying to understand what happened. Two days of nothing, then a generic reply about "confidentiality obligations" and that they "can't reverse the action." No evidence shown. No real explanation.
When I kept following up on Discord, they blocked me.
Stripe is not work in my country. Dodo felt like the answer. Maybe it works fine for others, but if something goes wrong, even something completely out of your control, there's no one to talk to and nothing you can do about it.
I would suggest to stay away from them.

They blocked account right before payouts without any explanation. They collect taxes but when I asked for proof of payment they did not have anything. They are scammers, collecting tax money and not paying it to the respective authorities. The never replied to my support query. RUN!!!

1) Product Subscription Management Improvements
I would like to see more flexibility in the Product Subscription feature, specifically regarding the ability to group and edit subscriptions. I need a way to classify them by certain attributes. For example, I have a tiered subscription system that also operates in cycles.
Currently, I have 3-5 variations for "Tier 1," and so on. Instead of having a single group with shared fields and specific dividers, I have to create separate products for every single tier and cycle. This results in a lot of duplicated content. Since the only difference between tiers in different cycles is the duration—while the description, functionality, and even add-ons remain the same—it creates a significant amount of redundant manual work.
2) Checkout Status Visibility
The status "Checkout was started but no payment method was added, or the customer left before completing" is not something I want to see by default. I don't see the value in having this in the default table sorting/view. I would prefer to hide this status and have the table display more relevant data by default.
3) Filter UI/UX
I noticed the UI for filters was changed from checkboxes to radio buttons. However, I would prefer to keep the checkbox functionality. I need the ability to select multiple fields simultaneously, especially on the Transactions/Payments pages.
4) Persistent Table States
I want the ability to save the state of tables, including custom sorting and active filters. Ideally, my custom configuration should become the default view every time I navigate to a page.

They charged me TWICE when I bought a service and then started ghosting me. I've been trying to resolve this issue, but the workers keep on ghosting my emails. I've tried for over a month and sent countless emails. I would never use this company again and will warn others about this. Please don't use this company in any way!!!

Using one time payments for my digital products and it just works very clean. No subscriptions, no billing cycles, just simple pay once and done which is exactly what I needed.

The integration was easy and they were responsive, but after a month of working with them, they sent us a message saying our business violates their compliance policy, while they approved us initially. Not only it paused our business completely, as we were running with marketing and live users on the website, the worst thing was that they refunded all of our happy customers without any warning, even though not a single customer complained about the product. One day before it happened, they sent me a request to give them a good review on Trustpilot.
