Although I never carried out my experience (felt like I wanted it to be the best gift it could without the restrictions of COVID-19), the customer service was incredible.

I originally booked for March and then this got delayed, I looked to re book later in the year but restrictions made me wary to go ahead and asked for the refund.

Each time the customer service was amazing, quick responses, polite, and actually talking to people rather than a script.

Literally cannot fault what they have done.

Hands down the best experience. Initially I was nervous as it seemed too good to be true. But wow did they go above and beyond. I cannot thank the Secret Dates team enough, I will be using them over and over again. Phenomenal from start to finish.

It was brilliant my husband really enjoyed it! We will do it again for sure!

Great concept, highly recommend as it goes beyond the boundaries of your imagination in creating a new experience.

Absolutely the best idea and best evening we’ve ever had. I bought this as a surprise for my other half and I just loved every element. We ended up going to a virtual reality “world” which I would never have found without secretdates. I also want to say whenever I had any concerns about times I emailed and they answered very quickly 10/10 service all round. Can not wait to do this again with even more towards budget!

Tried some thing that I'd never even heard of but everything was perfect and incredible fun!

I am all about adventure and suprises so when my Mrs told me that she booked this, i was really excited. It did not fail to impress. The experience and service was incredible and certainly will be booking this again. perfect for a gift also just in time for christmas :)

Really fun date! Super happy with the date spots and both of us were so excited about the fact we had no clue what we were going to do. Pretty cool concept 👌🏽

Everything we wanted our date to be! We absolutely loved the intrigue and excitement around it. We received mystery text messages - it was so much fun trying to figure it out and guessing together. It made the lead up to the date super engaging. Will definitely do another one!

Loved this so much! We got to do things and go places we would have never thought of otherwise and it was all organised for us at no extra price! Great talking point if it’s a first or second date and you want an ice breaker or if you’ve been together a while and want to mix things up. Thank you, can’t wait for our next date!!

I wish I have discovered this before! I didn't know there was such a cool service that would plan our night and keep us intrigued, excited and thinking: "what will it be?.."
I also like that is budget friendly, which gives you the option to use it more regular or go crazy on a special night. I would say that it does make going out way more fun!

Really loved my secret dates experience! Honestly had no idea what to expect but everything worked out perfectly for my girlfriend and I. The buzz we had not knowing what we'd do next was really something, and I can't wait to be back in London to try it again!
