I had been searching for a fire and waterproof document folder to keep my original Will (amongst other documents) safe. I saw recommendations for DocuShield on a forum. I was not disappointed. The company is UK based. The delivery was quick. The document folder is beyond expectations, sturdy and well made. On the delivery day I placed my Will and other documents in the folder and now store it in a convenient but safe place. The folder holds A4 size documents, not sure how many yet, but enough to help deal with matters in the event of a fire or death.

It’s a good carrier, I’m impressed. The only thing is trying to lock it because, unless it’s full, it’s a little floppy. I like it though, does the job.

Nice and roomy, and a convenient size, with lots of useful little pockets. Just right for keeping important documents safe and in one place. No more rummaging about to find misplaced essential papers and now happy that my family will be able to get everything sorted when I die, so it gives me peace of mind.

I first bought the DocuShield document box with a lock to carry my batteries while travelling, and it’s been perfect. Airlines often ask to take batteries out of devices like drones, e-cigs, cameras, and power banks themselves, so having them all in one secure case makes things so much easier. It also counts as a free second bag on AirAsia in my luggage setup, which is a big plus! The fact that it’s waterproof has come in handy more times than I can count – keeping my stuff safe from rain, mud, and sand.
After seeing how well it was made, I decided to get the envelope version for my most important documents at home. If there’s ever a fire or flood, these are the things I’d want to protect first, and this gives me peace of mind. It’s sturdy, well-made, and easy to use.
