I wish I had seen the reviews here earlier, this site defenitely is a scam. We also ordered 1 pdf made for 0,50 euro but were charged 45,90 (Yes the charge has gone UP!) two days later via our credit card. You can see at the reactions from Dockpdf that the answer is always the same. We have filed a claim for our money and are awaiting an answer.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Unexpected recurring charges after a single €0.50 task
“I originally used Document PDF for one simple task that was clearly advertised as costing only €0.50. What I didn’t expect was to be charged repeatedly afterwards, adding up to more than €160 without any clear warning. Nothing in the process made it obvious that I was signing up for ongoing payments.
I find the lack of transparency very disappointing. Customers should be clearly informed about any subscription or recurring fees before completing a task. Based on my experience, I advise others to be extremely cautious and double‑check all terms before using this service.”

Beware! documentpdf.net is a scam site. They charge €0.50 for document conversion, and then later deduct €39.90 from your account monthly. They have a 14-day refund policy, but they don't honor it. I invoked this policy the next day—after the charge was debited—but according to documentpdf.net I am stuck with it

Update December 29: VISA Mastercard has been informed and has blocked my credit card.
@ documentpdf.net: since you refuse to respond to my refund request via email, I repeat my request via Trustpilot.
You charged my credit card twice: on 7th november 2025 and 7th december 2025. I did not authorize these transactions and do not recognize the charge. I urgently request a full refund as soon as possible.

The subscription charge 39.90 was not advised in process. Luckily I blocked them before they had a chance charge.
Subscription cancellation not easy to find.

Really bad experience!
They have charged me 39,90 whilst I was not interested in a subscription. They claim to have a policy that you can cancel the subscription within 14 days and get a refund. Unfortunately they do not respond to anything when you reach out to through the "contact us" page. Stay away from this company as they are not reliable at all.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Once you have paid €0,50 for the online editing of one single page by means of a credit card, they keep debiting €29,90 every month without any approval possibility.
When contacting them they confirm cancellation of a subscription which you never agreed to and promise no further payments will be withdrawn, but they just keep debiting your account month after month.
SCAMMERS !!!!!
