I engaged Document Authentication Canada to obtain attestation for my engineering degree for the UAE.

They took my money and then ghosted me.

Fortunately I accepted a role in another Middle Eastern country where degree attestation was not a requirement.

Had I depended on this outfit to deliver on their promises I would have been left high and dry.

I cannot recommend this company.

Said they could get my document apostilled. Then they didn't respond to phone calls or emails for over a week, even when I told them that I would be moving to another company if I didn't hear back from them. They just added a week to a time sensitive process with nothing to show for it.

Their site also has a quote from a review and mentioned Trustpilot. The link to "See all reviews" then takes you to Google Maps reviews where they haven't been dinged quite as badly as they have been here.

No help at all, completely wrong procedure, Spain rejects documents and they do not acknowledge any wrongdoing. I just sent them how Spain is telling should have been done, how other companies are telling they do it (the right way) and they keep saying they did it right. Lot of time lot of money and standing after 7 months in the same place as when I start with a lot of excuses

Took forever. Never reply my emails and now Spain is refusing my Apostille

Muna and company went the extra mile to ensure my documents were delivered in a timely manner. They spent extra time with me by email and telephone to explain details which are hard to understand to someone unfamiliar with this type of process. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking document authentication services. I plan to use this company in the future as needed.

It seems I mistook Document Authentication Canada (DAC) (a private company) for the federal Global Affairs Canada Document Authentication Department when I posted a negative review earlier. I have since been in touch with a representative from DAC, who was very helpful in explaining my mis-attribution. My changed rating is based on this phone call alone, since my document is still with the federal department without any response from them despite several attempts to follow up (for over one month as of today).

They successfully got my documents authenticated, but at times communication was very poor, they would either ignore my emails/questions, or take far too long to respond.

I asked for my completed documents to be scanned, and my email was ignored for a week. I emailed them again to check if my documents were being sent back to me yet, and again took a couple business days for them to respond. This is quite unacceptable service , the documents were sent back without emailing me the scans.

Please respond to your emails more promptly!

This company provides great customer services. They are very friendly, helpful and responsive.

The prices are good and the service is fast considering the delays from COVID that are out of their control.

Not impressed with my experience simply getting a quote so didn't use them.
They didn't reply to my webform request at all. I sent a direct email and they said they had IT issues; that happens occasionally so that didn't bother me too much.
They provided me with a quote that was not correct so I asked them to check it.
They also didn't identify that the legalization of my documents required a translation until I pointed it out.
They quoted me a fee for the translation they said had to be done for Global Affairs Canada, which is not quite correct... it is the embassy that requires the translation (it does not need to authenticated by Global Affairs Canada) and the embassy is able to perform this translation service as part of their legalization process, charging half as much as they quoted.
All in all, I think they have a set process and procedure that they follow, which may work in most cases, but isn't necessarily the cheapest most efficient nor what the particular embassy recommends/requires so I would not recommend them.
I went with another company who gave me information/process which was the same as I had received directly from the embassy.
