First class, cost effective template
We needed to produce a SaaS Agreement quickly and having checked out various other sites decided that Docular had the right template, and most importantly at the right price. We were able to purchase a single document without the need to sign up a monthly commitment for next twelve months.
Overall a very comprehensive and easy to amend template, the only one minor niggle was that some clauses of the text are un-editable within the template. They could of course be amended in word when downloaded, but a second iteration of the same document reverts to the original text and you needed to remember to amend the same clause again. Otherwise first class, and would have been five stars without that minor issue.

Thanks very much for the rating and review - our documents certainly cost a good deal less than a lawyer.
I do think that, oftentimes, a conscientious non-lawyer can using high-quality templates produce documents that are just as good as those produced by many lawyers. As I'm sure you're aware, however, the service should not be treated as a substitute for a lawyer: templates are merely tools and can't provide legal advice; there is always the risk of going off-piste!
I tend to think of Docular (and similar offerings) as a complement to traditional legal services and, indeed, Docular's most prolific users are all lawyers.

This is an excellent site. After trying a couple of other policy generators I was despondent, and then I found the Docular site. That was a joy to use and far more relevant to our UK legal perspectives.
An excellent experience from start to posting the completed document. This now my go-to company for a painless and easy to use bespoke document creator.

In general terms, it's usually relatively straightforward to adapt an English law commercial (B2B) contract for use in other common law jurisdictions, and indeed sometimes even civil law jurisdictions. A game changing website
A game changing website. After purchasing legal documents from another of their sites many moons ago, I found the process was very complex and confusing to edit the documents properly in Word.
This website allows editing online using their system that automatically updates the numbering and referencing plus more! It such a time saver and I can be confident I haven't made any mistakes in numbering etc.
A nod to Alasdair, who was kind enough to advise and help me get started online. Thank you!
I will certainly be back for more website and business documents for myself and my clients. :)
