Dr Frazer expertly facilitated the 2 day course and was highly recommended by our attendees. Following the Future Medical Leaders course 4 attendees took up education leadership posts which was a very satisfactory outcome for the Midlands.

Booked 3 x half day virtual courses with Doctors Training and recently attended the first one; Optimising your Job Plan. This was such a good course and what all new SAS doctors should have in their induction. It would also be perfect for NHS Service Delivery managers so that we are all on the same page when it comes to Job Planning.

An expert presentation on resilience and how to motivate ourselves post-pandemic to a Surgical Congress. Simon has a wonderful reflective style of presenting, thought-provoking and useful to the audience. Fantastic feedback and I would love to have Simon back again to provide more talks. Very professional, useful and highly recommended.

I attended an online course for medical appraisers which culminated in a one day Face to Face training day. The online materials were many and varied and covered a complete range of elements required for appraisers with "test" opportunities to check how one's understanding developed. The one day in house training was excellent. The day was prepared to be slick in presentation without sacrificing opportunities for individual or group interests and needs. The Course Leader was knowledgeable not only about the subject matter but also about how the experiences were presented in a way that was suitable to meet all needs. It was an intensive day but frequent changes in learning mode ensured it was comfortable. It was certainly challenging but extremely useful and closely related to the actual experience in real time appraisals.

All day Training Session on - Improving Self care, Managing Stress & Enhancing Resilience Workshop. This was a constructive and thoughtful training package aimed at adult medical trainers. Organisation and delivery were all excellent. The content was engaging, using breakout rooms and group work to good effect. A lot of ground was covered and this was good use of "time" for all. It should help the current generation of trainers to better engage with their trainees and improve their quality and depth of communication. Subsequent access to all the high quality training materials was a wonderful bonus :-)

We have booked several courses for SAS development. We found the course faculty fantastic, they were knowledgeable and pitched the training at the right level. These sessions were interactive and the feedback from our doctors was excellent. Highly recommended!

Brilliant leadership course delivered by Dr Frazer. Fantastic pace of delivery. In my opinion he struck the right balance between theory and opportunities for self exploration in breakout rooms. The virtual course was very well received by attendees.
I have also participated in other courses delivered by Doctors In Training. The courses are very well managed, set out to deliver highly relevant and realistic objectives via knowledgeable and enthusiastic facilitators.

I have now attended Doctorstraining sessions both online and in person and can highly recommend them. Simon is an experienced trainer and an excellent communicator. Simon and his team recently provided some workshops for a department in my hospital on creating a positive learning environment and reflective practice. This really enhanced the change in culture for training and education in the department. It showed in our GMC results for that department which went from multiple red outliers in the previous GMC survey to completely white/no outliers in the latest one.

I always receive excellent feedback from the attendees to any training events delivered by Doctors training. They find the sessions interactive and delivered by experts in their field.
