Apparently they can prescribe medicine if you have erectile dysfunction or need blood work for sexually transmitted diseases but won't even connect you to a doctor for pain. I fell and hurt my tailbone and after using all things available to me already (Tylenol, aleve, lidocaine, special pillow) I wanted to talk to a doctor to see if there were other pain relieving options before my 13 hour travel day (home) the day after tomorrow. I don't know if they thought I was drug seeking (though there are non opioid pain reliving options) but there was zero response to my initial message (went through their whole screening process). After 45 minutes of waiting (they said it would likely be minutes) I reached out to their help line. Only to be told that they wouldn't even let me speak to a doctor. I would have continued to sit and wait if I hadn't. Unless you need emergency acne treatment or some viagra, I would advise not wasting your time. I'm married to a physician who was literally sitting with me the whole time and he was also shocked that my pain didn't even warrant being allowed to speak to a doctor. Zero stars

I found this service online when I got sick in Italy. I did an online referral, had a video consultation via WhatsApp, received a prescription, and picked up the tablets in a little over an hour - all at very low prices. Amazing service - thank you. Highly recommended.

Paid money to see the doctor had the visit online through zoom as expected but the doctor was of no help and told me to go to see a doctor in person.

Service was absolutely not helpful the call lasted for 3 minutes. Do not waste your money on this service

Twice, I have tried to make appointments through doctors in Italy. On both occasions, I was desperate to see a doctor. On one, they messaged me back simply saying there were no doctors available. The second time, I received a confirmation of my request, and then no response after that.

I am an expert in Rome, don't know much Italian, I was dealing with a very bad stomachache for a few days, couldn't go to the doctors without an appointment, and my condition wasn't urgent for emergency rooms. I connected with one of the doctors, and he was very attentive and caring, asked for my history, and gave me great advice.
The waiting time was also very short.

Really quick and effective, solved my issue in 15 minutes, amazing service
