Doctorsa was a lifesaver when I needed prompt medical attention while on holiday in Berlin. The service is incredibly efficient and affordable - within half an hour, I was in consultation with Dr Tavares Lopes, who arranged a prescription for me. It was an immense relief to be able to access a doctor so easily - I would recommend this to anyone needing medical advice while away from home.

The service was excellent. I had a suspected infection on the first day of my holiday but I didn’t want to spend time at a medical facility. I read about this service but to be honest I was a little skeptical originally. I decided to give it a go and within 5 minutes I had a video call with a doctor arranged. The doctor was very friendly and professional and organised a prescription for me to pick up that evening. All in all, it was about an hour between making contact and getting my prescription - and I spent most of that time chilling at my hotel. Well worth the €20 charge.

Dr Apostolico ( Chiara) helped me to get needed meds for a sinus infection a few days ago ! It was so easy ! She was super with her analysis, observation and recommended medication- I was able to get two prescriptions from her via what’s app in two PDFs she sent and it was SO easy and very affordable!! Highly recommend!!!

For travellers abroad, away from their regular health providers who need urgent medical care I very highly recommend this service. I'm Australian. In Ireland & UK for 5 weeks. Realised the day before leaving home I had a tooth infection. Infection got worse, spread to glands and chest. Very painful and getting very sick. Desperately needed antibiotics. Getting an appointment with any local Doctors near impossible. Stumbled across Doctorsa online. 30 mins later I'd made and had a video consult with the amazing Dr. Lal. He was incredibly helpful and quickly had me sorted out. All at about 8am local time. Very reasonable fees - less expensive than seeing a Doctor at home in Australia. I'm already on the mend and could not be more impressed with this service. Very highly recommend. If you're abroad and need health care assistance, do yourself a favour and don't hesitate.

Absolutely wonderful service. I had a video consultation with a Dr within 15 minutes of reaching out. Coming from the UK where the health care system is struggling this has really impressed me. 30 minutes later after hearing all my problems I had a prescription sent to me. They also offered for a nurse to come to my hotel to see me. I won't mention what I paid but it was so cheap. Under £25. If your a tourist struggling with anything this is the place to go.

It was 930pm and yet they found a doctor available to see in 20 minutes virtually. He was very kind, punctual, knowledgeable and even helped me find a pharmacy that was still open. Would highly recommend and would certainly use them again

I found this company recommended by a friend on a Facebook group, Brit’s in the USA. I live in Florida but am at the moment on a 6 month stay in Scotland.i have been sick for over a week with flu/ cold like symptoms along with conjunctivitis. I called and got a video appt within 20 mins , spoke with the doctor , he made his recommendation and emailed my prescription. It was a simple, efficient, and pleasant experience. I didn’t even have to print the email , I went to the pharmacy , they asked me to forward the email , I paid for my prescription , £ 10 per item x 2. I paid £36 for my telemedicine appt . Finally I am on the mend either the antibiotics I needed. Excellent service for all travelers , I totally recommend using this service . It works , and there’s nothing more miserable than being on vacation sick !

I had a video consultation with the doctor within 20 minutes of reaching out. He was thorough, efficient, and very helpful. I received an electronic prescription by email immediately after the consultation. I felt safe, supported, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Saved me! Easy to use website, everything happened so quickly and efficiently. Was feeling better after brutal cold or Covid or something while traveling in Spain. Then started to feel much worse by the hour. Feeling scared but signed in and I had a live stream doctor visit I could get in 10 minutes! Nice visit with the doctor and she wrote prescriptions and sent me and then I walked across the street ( literally) to pick up meds. Total time from start to finish as I took my meds was only 45 mins! Unbelievable! And wonderful. Pricing very good for the service. Paid the invoice right as I received it. I needed to see a doctor while on holiday in Spain. It was a weekend and I was having difficulty finding an English speaking doctor in the area.
I found Doctorsa online and found the website very easy to navigate. After filling out an online enquiry form outlining my medical issue I received an appointment within one hour.
The doctor I saw was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with fantastic English. The online video call lasted approx 15 minutes and she immediately emailed a prescription for me to take to the local farmacia. It was accepted without hesitation. The entire experience was extremely positive and only cost 20 euro. I would have no hesitation in using the service again if needed and would recommend Doctorsa to anybody needing medical assistance overseas.

I had a great experience. I had a uti in antalya. I could speek to a doctor in 10 minutes. She was really nice and prescribed me the right medication.

My wife developed cystitis / UTI whilst we on our boat sailing down the French coast. We visited a local hospital where we she was treated with mild antibiotics. Our French is not great so this was somewhat difficult and hard to explain/ get confidence. After the symptoms failed to get better, we contacted DoctorSA.

I needed to see a doctor while in Europe for some medication. Being a Sunday the clinics were closed and the hospital in Bratislava couldn’t help. After endless googling I found the website doctorsa. I had a video appointment 2 hours after contacting them. The doctor was very helpful and I received my prescription by email 15 minutes after the appointment. I would highly recommend this site if you need to speak to a doctor when travelling.

Fantastic, quick efficient service by a real friendly Doctor
