Upon reaching out to a payor I contract with I learned of the gross misconduct on behalf of the cred team. I was provided messaging where a payor employee was cursed at, belittled, and continually told their pay grade clearly was a barrier to them solving my issues. I later learned that Shannon Harrington has done this on behalf of many groups she is meant to represent. Not only does she not actually understand contracting, but has a false pretense that she is capable when contracting with this entity. I hope DoctorsMangement really takes a hard ethical look at this employees habits when engaging on behalf of their contractual partners.
