Shipping takes forever and service is ZERO once they charge your credit card
On approximately September 2, we ordered 25 Prolia. It is September 17 and we have only received 11. 7 are hung up in customs in Anchorage, Alaska with Fedex and seven reached Louisville, Kentucky customs and have not moved or tracked in a week. Three from DHL only arrived yesterday. We did get eight promptly. The rest, not so much.

Unfortunately, customs clearance and carrier handling times can sometimes vary from one shipment to another, and the new tariff law that took effect this month has also caused additional inspections and slower processing at U.S. customs, which is contributing to the delays you’re experiencing.
Please rest assured we are actively monitoring all the tracking updates with UPS and DHL and are doing our best to ensure the remaining units are released and delivered to you as quickly as possible. We also recognize that our communication could have been better throughout this process, and we’re committed to improving that moving forward so you’re always kept in the loop.

My order was wrong even though I spoke directly on the phone with the person and repeated three times. I never got an invoice of the breakdown of what everything costs. I got an extra items that I didn’t order, but didn’t get the items that I did order. I spoke with a representative. She said she was assigned me the next day. She said she would order what I wanted and send me the invoice that day. That never happened. And my Botox was quite warm on arrival.

Loyal customer because they deserve it
Quick to respond to inquiries, though I once had to follow up for a detailed answer. That's the only “issue” i had in 4 years. Doctor Medica continues to be my preferred choice. Low prices for authentic products, fast and reliable shipment, everything great.
