Just witnessed a road rage incident where a Doctor Car Keys driver blocked another vehicle in front of me for over a minute at a junction (causing a massive tail back). The car was in a hatched zone and just sat there. The Doctor Car Keys driver and passenger were gesticulating rudely to the driver in front of me and to be honest it was very scary. If this is the behaviour of Doctor Car Keys employees, I will never use them

Called Dr car keys after losing my keys at legoland. They arrived incredibly quickly and got me back on the move.

Mobile car key chap (Chris) who fixed both my keys within an hour of calling ... and then charged me less than half of the main (and not so main) dealerships.
Keys work, professional job. Very happy punter here.

Really sorry to leave this bad review, I messaged to see if you could programme a key for me, got a message notifying me of the cost but still waiting for a date when it could be done?. Common courtesy would say at the very least confirm back, even if its a couple of days away??? Not to worry though messaged another local professional who priced cheaper and also messaged to confirm appointment and completed the work on the same DAY. Your loss! Be warned, Please look around as there are more professional people out there.

A very prompt, reliable and professional service. The guy who came out to us was really lovely and had our ignition issue sorted very quickly. After we became immobilised by the broken ignition, we called a couple of garages who both said they couldn’t help for a couple of weeks and also said we’d have to wait for the part. Doctor Carkeys had a totally different attitude - he was very positive, assured us he could fix it and sure enough, turned up promptly the following day with the part. A totally reliable service in our experience - thank you!

I foolishly locked my rear passenger door, whilst trying to put on the child locks and didn't know how to fix it. I called Doctorcarkey and spoke to a gentle called Chris who explained how to fix the problem free of charge. I would just like to say how grateful I am, he was very genuine and professional. Clearly incompetent as they've left their car on the Black Boy Roundabout in Shinfield for months. They've obviously lost the keys and they've been unable to get back in to their own vehicle.
