Extremely negative experience with this company. I signed up through an advertising landing page for the fitness app ZymaFit (start.zymafit.com), which offered to "get a personalized plan" for a symbolic €0.01 trial via Apple Pay. Nowhere was it clearly or transparently disclosed that this would activate a recurring paid subscription.
The very next day, without any further notification or explicit confirmation on my part, the company attempted to charge my card €49.90 — even though their own website (docflickhub.com) states a completely different recurring price of €29.90 every 28 days. The amount they attempted to charge doesn't even match their own stated terms, which raises serious concerns about this company's legitimacy and transparency.
The subscription terms and the upcoming large charge were never clearly displayed during the €0.01 "trial" checkout. This is a textbook subscription trap: lure the customer in with a minimal charge, then attempt to bill a large recurring amount without clear, informed consent.
