We have recently switched to dna payment services from another provider.
Jamie came to see us at work and completed all the initial formalities.. not a pushy salesman and very friendly and amicable..
Then a couple of days later after our card reader arrived we were contacted by Amina who helped us with the setup of the machine and was more than happy to be patient with us while she explained the step by step setup.Amina was lovely and polite and patient.. thank you..
We did have a couple of issues on the setup as one or two of the settings were wrong and Amina handed us over to the lovely Katie who again was friendly and understanding and sorted out our issues and answered all of our questions.. 5 stars thank you.
So far so good and looking forward to using our new card machine.

Card machine constantly stopped working and would randomly ask for pass codes at in convenient times and then need to be restarted. Complained several times, always responded to obnoxiously that this was normal for card machines. I've had a card machine from about 6 different companies in the last 10 years and NEVER had that before. V behind the times with tech too.

Just signed up with DNA payments by Nicola who came to our business in brixham she was very helpful and kind she helped us find and understand what equipment was suitable for us. We then received a phone call by GUY who was really friendly and helpful member of staff GUY guided us to understand how to use the machine and made sure we were happy with the service. Would definitely recommend DNA So far Very happy

The team art DNA have been great! Sales guy Gareth was great - Knowledgable, punctual and very friendly. Once we agreed to move forward the service team were also very good.
