Rocky (account manager) and Paul (portal and terminal activation team) are both knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Both were able to answer all of my questions about how the system would operate for a law firm taking client payments during the fact finding and installation stages.

Unprofessional company with awful communication. Wouldn’t recommend. This company offer no support to small businesses and send conflicting emails to try and confuse you along with unexpected bills. I have been trying to close my account with them for months. Finally confirmed it was closed last week to have a bill come through from the collections department. I was originally told I was out of contract in December so I cancelled. Then received an email saying I was out of contract in February and they want more money. I had a bounce back charge from someone’s card and received no support. They advised me I should’ve used the ‘link’ system, which I have tried a number of times and it never worked, for additional protection but it requests the same information I had!! They then started just keeping the money I was receiving from my customers. I tried calling but no one could speak to me on the issue I would have to email. Look elsewhere for a more reliable, helpful service.
UPDATED - I have had no request through trust pilot for more details. Again, this company showing their communication isn’t the best.

Despite some issues with the delivery of our card terminal, we are very happy with the service received. We were well looked after by Guy, who kept us regularly updated and made sure a new terminal was sent asap and helped us with setting up as soon as it arrived.
Always nice to speak to a friendly voice and be kept informed about what is going on. Things may not always go to plan, but it’s how an issues gets resolved, that matters.
Generally staff at DNA have all been very helpful over the last week helping us set up our terminals and answering our queries.

I have found Joanne to be very helpful and responsive throughout our decision making process and DNA really have been a breath of fresh air. I have found DNA to be very straightforward and easy to work with compared with previous providers. DNA have allowed us to consolidate to one platform and one point of contract for all things related to card payments, rather than dealing with 3 separate companies previously, while saving us 15% on our previous arrangement.
