I have relied on DNA Heating & Cooling for the past two years for emergency service, minor repairs, and annual maintenance. Their response time is incredible—especially during periods of extreme heat—and every customer is treated with respect, appreciation, and genuine care.

My most recent experience was this morning after my air conditioner completely stopped working late last night. My Nest thermostat displayed an E74 error code, and with the current summer temperatures, I was extremely concerned. As a single senior citizen living in a two-story condo, the upstairs living area heats up quickly. I've had my sun-facing windows professionally tinted, installed a UV sunshade on my balcony to reduce the heat coming through the large sliding glass doors, added ceiling fans throughout the home, and even installed Blackout EZ Window Covers in the master bedroom—yet without air conditioning, it still becomes unbearably hot.
