My goal was to get a perfect score on the DMV written test. I took all 22 tests over and over until I got perfect scores on all of the tests except a few. Each test had 50 questions, so that would be at least 2,200 questions (many were the same questions). I agree that some questions are worded to be vague or confusing, which should not be the goal when testing your knowledge. As it turned out, I renewed my license for the first time online and I did not have to take the test to renew my license. Although I spent several hours on the tests, I don't regret it. I assume the questions on the actual exam would have been the same or similar to the ones I answered. I think it was a good refresher course.

Don’t trust these tests!
I took 20 practice tests with this site, and failed the actual test because nearly all of the questions in the real test were NOT ON THE PRACTICE tests! I went to the STATE offered practice tests and they were 100% better.
