From my increasing interaction with DMGRS over the years from basic inquiries for information and advice to the purchase of parts I have found the experience to have always been positive. From good advice, good prices and quality parts I have always finished up thinking that I have been a valued customer. So thanks to all at DMGRS.

Thought my rover 75 diesel needed a new alternator. From what I've seen a horrendous job to tackle. Checked out a 75 forum which said you can change the alternator brush pack. Checked which one I needed (3 pin) and ordered one from dmgrs. It arrived the next day. The job was a bit fiddly but definitely doable. The old brushes were completely worn down compared to the new part. Reassembled then fired it up. The battery light went out and now charging at 14 volts. Many thanks.

I have used this firm for a dozen years or more. The service has always been second to none. Completely trustworthy, genuine and friendly. And very reasonable prices, as a bonus. I always try them first, followed by a phone call if needed, before looking anywhere else.

Here we are again, I ordered 8 items on Tues 13th Feb. and yes I paid for express delivery as I did'nt want to take any chances should I have to reorder a part that was required for the w/end. Wed. 14th 10.00. am. goods delivered all in order. So according to my overall experiences with DMGRS Matt', Max and Scott once again from ordering on their site after talking to Matt' to clarify any issues I may have had prior to ordering the order was placed on their site and arrived all in order. I do appreciate that now and again some people will experience some issues with goods ordered but that is the nature of the game. My experience is once again they have come through and delivered on time no problems at all.

So easy to buy parts from, save the hassle of searching eBay for parts that have a dubious origin, everything bought so far has been excellent quality. Thanks everyone for speedy despatch times too.

Parts are overpriced. A £35 set of HT leads here will cost you £15 elsewhere. Leads weren't even compatible with car, and I had to return the incorrect parts. Rotor arm was poor quality and broke on fitment, as it was a cheap and incompatible knock off. Pretends to be apologetic for poor service, then leaves me out of pocket on both the delivery and return postage.

Ordered the part on Friday and it arrived the next day. Item as ordered, properly packaged. Sensible prices and postage rates. Good to see a company that knows how to compete against Amazon

Really let me down with an spare part. Having spoken to them prior to ordering to establish their quickest delivery options I was assured the premier service was a next working day trackable service. They had in fact sent my item normal post which royal mail confirmed as untraceable. Misleading, dishonest and as a consequence my repair works have been put back.

I've ordered from them a few times now and the service has always been great so I thought I'd spread the news. I've ordered from the website and over the phone. Scott was more than helpful and gave me advice on my MG woes.

I am happy to use DMGRS as one of my trusted suppliers for car parts for my older project cars. Although a delivery was slightly delayed I received an apologetic phone call and was offered options, so it was resolved well and did not impact my engine rebuild project.
