Phoned and told someone would call me back. No call
Left message on online contact form. No reply.
Phoned again told person concerned not in until next day.
Phoned next day told person concerned was not in.
Had mobile call from tech support offered replacement or refund.
Returned by tracked mail 13 days ago. No sight of refund. Since bought DCC-EX controller elsewhere at half the price. Twice as good.
