Promised 3-day dispatch, but the goods were never handed over to the carrier and the refund is still outstanding
Before placing the order, Doppenberg Keukens B.V(DMDK). promised that the goods would be dispatched within 3 days.
After receiving our payment, the company only informed us about one week later that the goods had supposedly been shipped.
We then made multiple attempts to contact them by email and phone to obtain an update. Only after several days of repeated follow-ups did they provide us with a tracking number.
However, when we checked the tracking number, there was no shipment or transport status whatsoever.
We therefore contacted the carrier directly, and were informed that the goods had not been handed over to the transport company.
We subsequently requested cancellation of the order and a refund. Doppenberg Keukens B.V(DMDK) issued a cancellation document, but the refund has still not been made.
We have sent multiple emails requesting an explanation and the refund, but unfortunately we have received no response.
The agreed deadline for the refund has now passed, yet we have neither received the refund nor received any explanation from the company.
After numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with Doppenberg without receiving a response, we have been left with no option but to seek legal assistance and consider legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount.
Overall, based on our experience, we consider this to be a highly unreliable and untrustworthy company.
