We simply loved TiAmo
Excellent communication throughout from Chris at DMA, the boat, the crew and the experiences were all outstanding. Captain Eleni, Iliana and Marina onboard TiAmo were simply the BEST! Professional, courteous, fun, great at their jobs…we had a blast with them. The boat was perfect for our group of friends, the weather and the islands, the ports we visited were simply amazing. I’d recommend DMA, but more specifically, TiAmo and her crew!

From the start, our expectations were surpassed. Motor catamaran was lovely and well cared by the crew. Crew catered to all of our needs. Captain very knowledgeable of area took us to beautiful coves for swimming and water activities.Our meals were plentiful, varied and very tasty.

DMA yachting arranged an amazing experience for us on the Elizabeth.
The yacht was beautiful and comfortable and the crew, captain Mate, chef Mico, and stewardess Nina were friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave us great suggestions for tours and restaurants and arranged drivers and guides for us.

The Bahama yacht charter arranged by Louis…
The yacht charter arranged by Louis Lamprell was superb. I had delayed the contract until after hurricane season to be sure that the boat was not damaged. The Nauti Dogs catamaran charter was everything advertised and more. The most spectacular part of the charter was Captain Trevor and Chef Sarah. I strongly encourage you to use Louis to book this charter and sail the most beautiful region of the Bahamas.

The boat was beautiful but….
The boat was beautiful. Marco our captain was not engaging, didn’t offer agendas/options for the day, some restaurant recommendations were not good and it seemed he didn’t want to sail, we motored a lot! Eleeza our hostess was great, funny, her cooking was outstanding. It would have been nice for her to tidy our rooms when she had time as she wasn’t busy the whole time we were onboard.

You entrusted us with your vacation—and we missed the mark.
We sold you a $14,000 bareboat catamaran with a skipper and cook—an option that clearly didn’t meet the standard of the fully crewed yachts we normally recommend and stand behind.
As the budget tightened, our broker didn’t draw a clear enough line between a bareboat with a captain and cook, and a truly crewed yacht. It’s the difference between a luxury resort and glamping—where your neighbor might cook, but won’t clean.
There is a difference between a skipper and a captain:
A skipper drives. A captain leads, hosts, and curates the experience.
There is a difference between a cook and a chef/hostess:
On a bareboat, there is no stewardess to handle the everyday details—like tidying cabins or emptying bathroom bins. It’s not about time; cleaning simply is not part of a cook’s role.
We should have communicated that distinction more clearly. That’s our responsibility.
Had we received this feedback during the charter, we would have pushed for immediate changes. Unfortunately, the crew—who were Croatian—did not pick up on your polite concerns. Cultural differences played a role, and your respectful feedback was not understood as a clear call for action.
We're taking this experience seriously. From now on, we won’t offer any boat we can’t fully stand behind.
It’s also clear from our track record: every 1- to 4-star review we’ve received stems from bareboats with added crew, typically under $20,000. We won’t sell them anymore.
We’re grateful for your feedback. It’s helping us sharpen our focus—and recommit to the standard we set out to uphold.
Great way to charter a boat
It was a pleasure to book a yacht through DMA Yachting, the rep that was assigned to us, stayed with us and answered all of our questions very quickly and guided us through the whole process, as well as during the charter to make sure that everything went great, and it did!

Nadja with DMA Yachting was amazing…
Nadja with DMA Yachting was amazing from start to finish. She guided us thru the process of choosing a vessel that fit our needs and budget. Fantastic experience
Marcelle was enthusiastic, informative and lovely from first contact.
The crew was incredible. Captain Tasos modified our route to avoid weather (we stayed just ahead of storms) and provided a varied experience on types of islands. Savvina was kind and is an amazing cook! Harris was playful, energetic and very helpful. All were kind and professional.
The boat was lovely, with many comfortable places to hang out. The kids loved the toys, and there was enough time to enjoy them in lovely coves.
Valium 62 provided us a memorable family trip of a lifetime.

5* service from Louis all the way. First time using DMA as a Tour Operator based in the UK and it was exceptional. Even when the boat we had booked had a technical issue 3 days before charter Louis came up trumps with a replacement and the guests LOVED it! Would 100% book again.

Most AMAZING vacation - cannot recommend DMA, Earnout, Capt Bill, Chef Ashley and John highly enough!!!
I wish I could it give it more than five stars. Our entire family agrees our eight days in the Exumas was our best vacation ever. Every aspect of the trip was INCREDIBLE. From the start, working with John Boullin the broker at DMA was a fantastic experience - he was super responsive and knowledgable finding us the perfect boat for our family of four (two teenage boys). Earnout was top notch - a gorgeous spacious yacht decorated beautifully. Every aspect of the boat and decor so well thought out. It came with tons of water toys that kept everyone very busy when not just relaxing and enjoying the serene beauty. The best part, however, might have been the crew - Captain Bill Holden and Chef Ashley Akers were just incredible. So lovely, friendly and accommodating in every way. Bill would set us up fishing, take us to great spots snorkelling, drag us in dingy through mangroves on a raft he blew up, take us tubing and even instructed the four of us on two intro scuba dives. He did it all so calmly, so kindly and so competently. We felt like we were in such safe and fun hands. Chef Ashley’s food was BEYOND delicious and gorgeous. Every meal was a Michelin 5 star restaurant in taste and presentation. She made us such healthy, fresh and delicious meals - no one left a morsel on a plate even our pickier teenage boys. From sunrise to sunset they were taking such good care of us and ensuring we had the trip of a lifetime. We cannot recommend DMA, Earnout, John, Ashley and Bill highly enough!!!

We originally booked a trip 1 year in advance and then found out 6 months before our boat was being taken out of service. DMA was able to locate and acceptable substitute and we had a fantastic trip.
