Wow! From beginning to now I've had nothing but terrific service. Derek came out to look at the work that needed doing and sent me the quote next day. The job is an insurance one and there was a mix-up between the assessor and insurance company. Having been told that he could start and he got his plans in place, the insurance company then told me he couldn't begin, which meant that the planned work couldn't take place; this was with 2 days notice. "No worries" said Derek. When we had the go-ahead Matt C (site manager) and Mark (brickie) came over to introduce themselves and look at the work. I was even asked which bricks I'd like! They changed the beginning of their day to accommodate my needs and checked I was OK with all the arrangements. On Monday Matt C and Mark came and introduced me to another Matt, who is also a brickie, and Paul, the plumber. Matt C gave me his mobile number, telling me to contact him any time if I had queries or concerns. Before they started working the fellas ensured everything was covered and, on one day, even sealed the door to stop dust getting out (they had access through the space where the window had been removed). They were hard working, friendly, a delight to have in the house, always considerate and willing to explain things to me or answer my many questions. Matt C visited every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times, and I was kept well informed of developments. When I have rung the office either Ben or Josh have been brilliant and so helpful. Circumstances from my end mean that they need to return in a couple of weeks to finish off and Derek and the team are happy about this. I cannot praise the whole team enough and am so grateful that they were recommended to me.
