DLK roofing were tasked with repairing two separate areas of our roof that had been damaged through erection and dismantling of scaffolding. They did an excellent job on the gable end verge tiles and then replaced and relaid tiles that had been broken on a normal inclined roof. Swiftly and efficiently done. Thank you.

I contacted DLK after being ripped off by another roofing firm - I'm glad I did. They were very thorough when they called for the initial inspection - far more than the other company.
The complete reroof of my bungalow was done in 4 days (2 teams working) and everything was co-ordinated very well - scaffolding, delivery of skip and collecting the old roof tiles.
They also arranged for my TV aerial to be resited - the other company had said I would need to arrange that myself before they began work.
It was a big job which I had not been looking forward to but DLK did everything to make it go smoothly and "pain-free". My neighbours are also very impressed with DLK's work.
I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you DLK.

Great experience with DLK roofing. We just had our roof and garage roof replaced by them. Completed works are great. Everything was done in a timely manner, and both the office and on site team were very helpful, friendly, and respectful. Would happily recommend!

Excellent service throughout. Speedy responses to queries, and a friendly Team. We had our Chimney taken out after a small leak. The DLK Team responded super quickly to the initial call and made a temporary repair. The works were carried out speedily and professionally. The only people who we would consider in future, highly recommended.

Delighted with DLK roofing. If there was a 6 start, they would get it!! The whole experience from contact with Leah at the office throughout to Lee and his site time has been exceptional. The knowledge and support from Leah and Lee has been superb. Both front and back roof were replaced and there were some additions I also asked for which were no problem at all to DLK. They could not have been more helpful. Polite, friendly and extremely hard working team that Lee heads up. A few observations for anyone thinking of using DLK;

I would give zero starts but unable. Years on and we are still having problems and being fobbed off. Still have a leak that was never fixed and have been hung up on and ignored by this company multiple times. I would not believe the reviews on their site and avoid at all costs.

I can't reply to you but I would like to point out that you did not speak to me today but you have dealt with me previously after emails and multiple calls from my partner were ignored. I was also hung up on more than one occasion and not for swearing but because you did not like my tone or what I was pointing out to you. Extremely poor customer service and communication from DLK roofing.

Full new roof completed by DLK, very happy with all of the team and the high standards of workmanship provided. Very fast to respond to all emails and calls. very smooth process, would happily recommend their services! Very pleased with the new roof!

Really happy with both the work, the communication and the efficiency of our roof repairs. Very reliable, always polite and helped to make our lovely, but concerned neighbour feel at ease with her newly planted border that had to be home to one of the scaffold posts. Definitely recommend.
