I have called dktravelgeniocomtoday at 20:07 today as per the suggestion of the Etihad Airlines that we can modify one flight time as the flight is cancelled and they will not charge us any thing for changes as the flight booked again is having more waiting time and also reaching the destination 2hrs delay from previous schedule.
As per there suggestion we called them at (+45) 78 79 10 31 regarding my wife ticket and the guy on the call was so rude that he don't event want to listen the explanation which was sent and confirmed by Etihad via call and he want to charge penalty 203 Euro VAT extra as per the Etihad airlines. when Etihad only sent us email and confirmed via call that we can change it with out charge from there side and should apply for travel agent.I also requested him that we can forward the email from Etihad and asked him there email address for that also he din't responded and ask me to use the site from which I landed to the number which I called. At the end he hang the call on me and he was treating us very badly.
I am so disappointed that we got this kind of experience when we thought that travelgene was good site and I used it couple of times before.This is very very rude experience we got for buying the ticket from this site.I hope they train the employees properly and improve it or at least train them to not to be rude and I also kind of feel that he was discriminated us based of our names and origin.
