After 4 weeks of trying and sending so many documents this scam of a website still hasn’t paid me my money. They said they have processed my money but will not send me proof that they have !! This is a complete scam of a website and please do not waste your money on this website

Update: The emails I have been getting from them says it’s 5 business days for payment to go through and on this reply they are saying 7 days !? If you guys are going to keep lying, at least make sure you guys are on the same page about lying

Thieves and SCAMMERS. Lodge a Complaint to Kenya BCLB Like I have. Kick them out of Kenya

I gave this company all required documents including my ID, Safaricom MPesa Statement, Ebill (Which has a date but they say they can't see the date!!!), TCC from KRA, all with my address!! But they still refused to verify my address.
So they refused to let me withdraw ANY of MY money. I even cancelled their fake "BONUS" because I just wanted my money back.
I explained I don't pay utility bills as I live at home but they can't help!! So I've basically been scammed 5800.
Report them to Kenya BCLB, it's very easy and make sure to inform others because I suspect they accumulate and use our personal information and money to launder or something worse.
They also have a part where they say they'll share your PI with "3rd Parties." ICT Kenya should also be informed of this.
I'll use those Kenyan bigwigs on Twitter and review sites to let me tell everyone of this.
UPDATE: I was blackmailed into providing all my private information. They accepted them. But they still BLOCKED MY WITHDRAWALS!! And yes, Kenya's BCLB is processing my complaint. I'll be the last Kenyan these conmen steal from.

Overall it's a good casino

Overall it's a good casino. They have a good selection of games, wish they had more. One thing that sets this casino apart from others is. The withdrawal is very fast, the VIP manager Mia is outstanding, if you lose she will help you win with bonus with no x10 cap on winning from it. Also the turnover on deposit is X1 not X3 which is harder to win. These are things that are important to me. Like any casino you lose, but had some good wins on it too. RTP in games are accurate and high, no lower RTP like other casino have to lose faster.

Irresponsible site and treat customers like a rubbish

Im new customer of tony , my username is kevinuk123, after registration and completed my verification with fully verified, i made a few deposit, won and withdraw 1200£ to my e wallet on 8/7/2022. After first 12 hours of waiting I contacted to customer support and received an copy and paste answer that they will process withdrawal within 48 hours, after 48 hours my withdrawal has not yet processing. Came back to live chat they refused to escalate to other departments to check for my withdrawal which i have right to know when it will process, i have never being in that kind of situation where they took over 48 hour for processing an e wallet withdrawal request. And they answer and treat customers like a rubbish, given many reason and hide to solve the issues for customers.
Customer only con contact the live chat for help and alway receive copy paste answers and like we are live chat agent we cant do anything- what a joke Tony ,im still waiting for my withdrawal and please avoid this company as they dishonest and irresponsible site, the worst site i have ever had in my life experience
Update: after 62 hours of waiting i have received my withdrawal.

Won my 3rd. $100 bet. This is what happened next.
: you need to verify your account now. Immediately right there I asked, “why wasn’t that done before I signed up?”
So, I provided my,
- drivers license, front and back
- passport
- bank statement.
Nope, sent me an email, “can you send a selfi holding ur drivers license next to ur face.
Send that
NOPE!
Now, Can you send your birth certificate and a photo of the credit card you used.
What the heck?!??
I’m guessing next, my DNA?
So I contacted my credit card provided, explained the situation and they’re giving my money back.
Avoid this welching site like the plague!

Good luck getting funds out!!

Easy as pie to put the money in almost impossible for me to get it out I even had to send them a picture of me holding my driver's license and now they want the bank statement showing all the deposits that were made to them from my bank account it goes on and on and on I've sent them probably 20 different documents to verify my legitimate self still fighting to get my funds out but everytime it seems like think that I've got to the point where they're going to release my funds they put another roadblock in front of me not happy with this site at all I have the five or six other legit sites that all right wonderful this one is nightmare so far. Treat Canadians better if you want our money!!

Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.

Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.

Luckily I only had £16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.

Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.

Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Please be aware regarding this company . Firstly may I day that I have accounts with over nine different gambling companies and this is definitely the worst I have ever dealt with .
Its main deficiency is that there reluctant to pay out winnings . I recently tried to withdrawl a small amount of £65 . I went through the process as I do with all my other betting accounts. This time unlike never before it halted the withdraw process . With no phone number available ( big problem right away ) I attempted the chstvline , which was a waste of time . I followed this up with the only other option , emailing !
Received a quick reply explaining that verification of my identification was required ( first time ever ).
They requested ( wait for it ) the following info .

1 .my passport
2 my driving licence
3 my bank card details and a picture of both sides
4 3 utility Bill's
5 my business paypal account details
5 All pictures of every Halifax Visa card I had placed a bet with
6 All statements with the transaction using these cards .

Now in these days of fraudulent practises,I was very reluctant to give up all this info , but they basically said, I couldent get my money if I didn't obey there demands. Too be honest if it was a tenner I probably wouldent have bothered buying a man of principle and there not getting away with it ! After spending literally hours gathering all the info I was finally told I was getting my withdrawl ! But alas three days later I still haven't been paid and I had to use the chat line and guess what, the excuse this time is . Theres a shine on the image and it's not clear enough . I am actually poor sites but can read it clearly .

Basically they are reluctant tant to pay out a measly sum like that and hope I re wager the amount which as long as I bresth will never do that! Do not register as you will be sorry of you do !
