Customer service is amazing. I ordered a custom designed sofa in February, and unfortunately with shipping delays it wasn't going to arrive ahead of an unexpected move to a different country. Both Therese and Cecile have been wonderful helping me figure out a solution that meant I got to have a sofa. The in-store customer service was great too, really helpful and explains all the details and recommendations

It just felt a pleasant experience all the way from the start.
It's at times daunting to make your mind on buying something that will stay with you for the next 10-15 ... many years!... but not this time!
The assistants in the showroom definitely made a difference, sorting out all doubts, and handling the conversation in English/Danish, which usually adds a little uncertainty to the occasion... but not this time!
I hope all my shopping adventures were this gratifying.

First of all it's been really hard to find a couch, due to the global manufacturing and delivery issues. Took me 3 months to find a suitable looking piece AND get a "yes, we can deliver". So of course I am over the moon happy to now have a beautiful, comfortable couch in my living room! From order to delivery 3 business days and the delivery guys were very punctual and had a friendly, cheerful service attitude. Thank you so much, everyone at SOFACOMPANY!

I have had an issue with a table bought at SOFACOMPANY (a defect). I reached out to their support and a supporter named Cille got back to me very fast and was so helpful. One week later we had the table replaced with a new one. Amazing customer experience!

I was a bit stressed about buying a sofa online unseen. Well it couldn't be better. The sofa is fantastic. It was delivered earlier than expected. I was given plenty warning. The delivery guys were brilliant. Cannot recommend Sofacompany enough.

I ordered Nelson Legion Blue couch from SofaCompany and received it within a week. They even offered to deliver it on Sunday which worked best for us.
Its now been 2 days and I loved the quality of the fabric and the foam they use.
Customer care is well responsive and very helpful.

The website was down but I got help by e-mail to place the purchase order. Very quick responses and smooth delivery.
I had some issues with the quality of the sofa, where it the seams were out shape and it was uncomfortably hard. They were quick to suggest some remedies for it but after two months it was still the same. To make it all worst, it started to squeak in less than two months.
The customer service at sofa company was really helpful all along and finally they offered a choice for either getting a refund or exchange of the product, when things didn’t work out. The process of refund also went super quick and smoothly.
I know other people who have products from sofa company and are happy with it. So I am considering this a fail in their quality control or maybe a design issue with the sofa that I got.

Jeg tager mig tid til at skriver denne kommentar, skifte til engelsk dog: The in store experience was very good, also your driver was very nice and helpful. 5 starts until there. But from the moment I had a complaint things where less then optimal. First of all I had a personal contact with the driver who I called and who seemed willing to pick the damaged good up again. Instead he needed to call you and then I needed to write a complaint etc. I think there would be an idea to enable your drivers to take damaged goods back, if you can see that they are damaged during unloading. Second: The fact that you did not take it back, because it was not an essential damage leaves me with a bad taste. Who likes to buy something for relatively much money and then get some damaged goods. No matter how significant it is. Think about yourself and when you buy new furniture. And last and probably the worst, the e-mail I got from your service was really rude. Please think about acknowledging the fact that I as a customer just had a really emotional experience. I was so much looking forward to the delivery and then it is damaged and all I get is a note that the damage is not essential. What about at least feeling sorry, or even better give options. As a global CX expert I sincerely hope you will take this feedback serious.
