I just had an amazing experience with this company. My cigarette holder was not working anymore due to my mistake on putting some water in it. I called them to know what to do and instead of blaming me they were very gentle and send me a new one free of charge. And i got it in 4 hours !! Never experienced such a service!! Many thanks to this company !

I was researching before buying my first device and today I can honestly say that I do not regret that I have done that. I use Iqos for more than a year and I feel more than great. Today was my first visit to the physical boutique in Denmark because I couldn’t charge my device. The problem was only that I was silly to not turn it on. Oops 😅 But I’m so inspired by my visit. The service is more than good, I was offered a cup of coffee and a nice company to share my cigarette with! That's what builds brand loyalty - the whole experience! The atmosphere, the crew of amazing professionals, and good customer care! If you still consider should you move from regular cigarettes to Iqos, give it a try! I feel so great, enjoying my routines without cause my health. Before I visited the shop today, I felt lost, I couldn't just buy a pack of cigarettes! Thank you HEAT & BREW, it was a pleasure to meet with you!

Great product and definitely better than any other similar product!

Terrible experience. The product arrived defective and after asking them for a replacement they tried to let me do some stupid exercise involving putting the lid in hot water and send them pictures at a specific angle. I explained I don't have time for this stuff and they kept saying that they need to go through some troubleshooting. I offered to send them the device so they can troubleshoot it as long as they want because I have no time for this. I asked to just replace it as it is just a piece of $5 worth of plastic which makes more sense than we waste time on this hilarious stuff. Did not work out, so I gave up after spending 30 minutes on the chat. Great way to turn a customer into a non-customer. Good job guys! Better luck with common sense next time.

I bought an IQOS 2.4 plus from the webshop. I got an excellent service and followup via call and email from IQOS team. Furthermore, the device is super easy to use and provides good value for money.
I would definitely recommend it!

-IQOS heats the tobacco instead of burning it . Det betyder mindre kemi stoffer .
-As IQOS producers vapor instead of smoke you will experience no cigarette smoke smell lingering on your hands, clothing or hair. Plus man spar mange penge :-) tak

I have really enjoyed the Heets device. Since I started to use it, I completely stopped smoking regular cigarettes, which is great, I stopped smelling like smoke all the time and smoking indoor is a great advantage. However, it is just as pricey as smoking regular cigarettes. My overall experience has been great until now, even though I had to purchase multiple devices. They are not easy to break, just not waterproof.

Hands down one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The courier messed up the delivery of the parcel and the guys from IQOS did everything and beyond to help me out. Apart from this, the device itself is actually a great alternative to now the banned menthol cigarettes. I would 10/10 recommend.

I order my iqos to try, 2 week test time... iqos arrive after 1 week... I try this 1 day coz probably will take another week to reach them back. Try to contact customer support to adjust payment day but they useless can't do nothing.

So product really nice shame customer service really poor...

Also my review not go live on iqos website... they not even bother to give me a reason so its mean bad review not going live...

I bought a special blue version of the iqos recently and today the internal heat pin broke off while cleaning. That’s extremely poor quality for something which costs a high premium price and which should last a full year of daily use.
Terribly disappointing.

Received a replacement kit today which was pleasant.

And another thing. I recently asked customer service, if they knew the rules of bringing the iqos to Thailand, because conventional vaping is illlegal there. The answer I got was, that I should contact the Thai authorities myself.

A really poor experience and an inept customer service department. Product arrived broken and fair enough was replaced but still barely worked. The experience is very poor with each charge and heat stick lasting a maximum of 6 minutes (which the marketing blurb does not tell you) and once started cannot be put down and returned to. So each stick has to be consumed or chucked making this a very expensive product. Finally returned the product to be told the £35 spent on heat sticks (which is the minimum you can spend) is non refundable - so a total waste of money.
