The address they provide for returns ist not working. My parcel did arrive at the correct address but it was ignored by the company, so my parcel ended up having to be re-shipped to my address. It is not possible to retun things. I ended up with a product that I didnt want and did not receive my money back.

Bad service and shoes of an even worse quality
I bought quite expensive shoes which faced quality problems after wearing them for a short period. Garment told me to contact the retailer and the retailer told me that Garment didn't want to give me any guarantee. So I contacted Garment directly and they kept sendig me to the retailer. The perect trick to hide behind procedures. The shoes are now broken on two more places within a period of 2 weeks, so a very low service on an even worse product

No free shipping, as advertised
Got a newsletter with free shipping, ended up paying 60€ worth of shipping costs. Can’t describe my feelings when picking up the package in my local store only to be having to pay once more for shipping costs.
