Really disappointing! Ordered a pendant with fast delivery for a gift. Followed up as no dispatch notifications. Was told they had been waiting for the pendants to arrive (in my opinion, they should have said out of stock on website and not allowed order)
They said it would be dispatched next day. Next day I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. I emailed to ask why but have not had any response.

They accepted my order and after a day or two sent a message saying they don't deliver internationally. Post which they only refunded me for the purchase amount and not the shipping. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. They haven't responded yet.
