I love the drone and its capabilities…
I love the drone and its capabilities for the price! I got my accessories quickly but the drone itself took some time with FedEx ground. But it came in good working order and its been a blast.
I just hope you guys can get blue listed in the US for work use.

A terrible company that has poor…
A terrible company that has poor customer service.
Also, after a crash they attempted to charge me $300-500 for the repair of a broken arm hinge, They lied about the motor needing replacement, etc.
I repaired this hinge for a total of $15.99 and literally 5 minutes of my time.
Never again will i support these crooks.
EDIT: now the losers at this company are pretending to not be able to locate my order exactly as they had pretended not to have been able to locate my order despite me providing the order number they emailed me -- it was only after i shared a screencap from a bank statement that they suddenly found my order.
This is the worst company to deal with, and they tried to cheat me with a $500 repair that requires a $15.99 part and 5 mins of time,
AVOID.

I was skeptical at first but am now a believer!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong drone package at first. Cancellation was easy and the refund was almost instant! I ordered the package I wanted and 8 days later (delivery was +1 extra day because I ordered over a holiday weekend; no fault of djiusa) it arrived! Batteries out of the package were low on juice so my first flight was short but got to see some really cool aerial views of my property before landing and bringing in for charging. To sum it all up I am satisfied with the purchase and product here on day 1.
