Appalling delivery by DPD/DJI
Appalling delivery by DPD/DJI - claimed they miss us on the first, but people at home and an alternate provided. Unilaterally cancelled the second. Delivered on the third attempt after they were told not to and that the order had been cancelled. Had to borrow a drone to meet a survey requirement. DJI didn't want to know!

Only the dji Osmo 5 pro isn't the best out of the box experience, the dji mimo app doesn't doing the verification code very well you can only press the numbers instead the letters on your keyboard, but the better option is to activate your account on a pc or laptop, to verify your email adress,

Super quick shipping
I’ve placed 2 orders recently and both have arrived promptly the next day. I like that the delivery via DPD local uses a PIN system - you get a PIN number that you need to give the driver. This certainly gave me peace of mind that it would be me receiving the order and not someone else. The 2 DJI products that I’ve bought have both been great

Faulty microphone charging cable
I recently bought a new Osmo Pocket 4. The Mic would not work when I needed it. I visited the store and we established that the charging cable was faulty. A replacement (even to buy) was not available.I was forced to buy another mic to get a charging cable. I was surprised that there was no proper air conditioning in the store.

It wasn’t easy to speak to the person as I do have epilepsy and I did say I did i thought I was buying things specifically from DJI but they explained and when I speak to them they are great and easy to speak with especially as my condition and I think they are worth 10 stars 🌟
