Shannon Patrick (End of Tenancy Property Manager) this changeover of tenants at my flat in Edinburgh has taken a bit longer than usual as redecoration and some repairs were required. Shannon has kept me up to date and advised me during this time.

My experience with DJ Alexander, for the second time now, has been exceptional. My property manager, Kelsey McLachlan, was warm and friendly from the start, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property, she made me feel completely at ease during the viewing, which isn't always the case with other letting agencies. Throughout the application process, Kelsey kept me informed and updated at every stage, and answered my questions promptly and helpfully. Above all else, Kelsey's professionalism and warmth made the experience genuinely pleasurable. Honest, professional, and genuinely easy to deal with, I'd happily recommend her to anyone renting in Edinburgh.

Recent repairs at our flat were handled very quickly and efficiently by Louis Steele, Property Relationship Manager. Louis always obtains quotes quickly, and ensures work is completed in a timely manner. Most importantly, he is always very pleasant and helpful. Great to deal with !

Jenni Flynn Compliance Co-ordinator was very helpful and very efficient. I am very happy with the service from her.

Wonderful care from Natalie in the Edinburgh branch, she has arranged long overdue repairs (by previous letting agent) I'm so grateful! She is also lovely.

Ellen has been so helpful and professional throughout the entire process from viewing to moving in & has made it all so easy! She has been very approachable and always very quick to respond, we are very appreciative of all her support.

Thank you to Rory Bale for organising a new boiler and new sheeting in the bathroom so quickly to be ready for a new tenant. Very efficient.

Working with DJ Alexander was actually really easy and efficient. For such a large company you wouldn’t expect to have such personalized care, but we worked with Sana Bilal to secure our property and she was so helpful! She communicated with the landlord and tenancy team efficiently for us and made the process very smooth.

Kaylee Edwards is the End of Tenancy Property Manager for DJ Alexander and in a nutshell she has been a real breath of fresh air! Kaylee is so approachable, patient and extremely helpful!

I have had a few issues with my property and she has been efficient, pro-active and professional throughout, going above and beyond to try and sort out a reoccurring problem which has caused quite a bit of anxiety for me.

Kaylee’s communication style has been top notch. This is reassuring, especially living so far away from Edinburgh.

Had an excellent property manager who oversaw our flat for many years. Provided very good support to the tenant and to me as landlord. Maintenance team were responsive when problems arose. Accounts team answered queries efficiently. Contact with Sales team was also positive.

I recently had the need to do business with DJ Alexanders on a Business to Business level and having had issues trying to contact the Property Manager that was dealing with this I eventually made contact with Kirsty Devlin who I found to be excellent on the phone, understood and was empathetic with my frustrations, then was prepared to take on the responsibility of assisting me with my request and followed them through to the best of her ability.
The 5 Star review I am giving is a reflection on the positive attitude and assistance given by Kirsty Devlin and not the manner in which the business interaction that I had with the company.

Searching and renting a flat can be stressful, but working with Eve at DJ Alexander in Edinburgh has been nothing but the opposite. Eve helped us view a new to market property which was perfect for our needs. She was very communicative during the application process and quick when replying to our questions. You could tell she cared about ensuring we found something we were happy with, which we very much did, and are looking forward to moving into another DJ Alexander flat!

Very clear and direct communication all the way up to move in. The flat was super clean for us coming and Sana who gave us our keys was very friendly and made everything clear for us.
