I sent in my request to have special jersey done for Gay Pride World- When it came in the mail the jersey looked fabulous. They really did a great job. I was very pleased. Already received a lot of compliments. I will definitely be using them with my Dallas Cowboys Jersey. Would recommend them for 100%

Looks Can be deceiving…,But when i received the jacket with my specific orders… (The Jacket was Glorious) I even looked for flaws, like hanging threads or stitching not complete. Please stay the same i have more orders.

I bought these custom jerseys for my daughters quinceanera. When I ordered these, I looked into the reviews and they said shipping was 2 to 3 weeks but Excellent quality. My daughters event was last weekend and I just received a shipment today. Every time I contacted customer support I just got the runaround. My order was over $500 and they offered to refund $40 for the expedited shipping I paid and didn’t receive.(they still have not refunded me) At first when I contacted them and they told me they hadn’t even started the order I requested to change the name on 1 of the 14 jersey to which the response was oh your order is ready to ship and we cannot change the name on the jersey. I was told this was really high-quality embroidered numbers and letters, so I figured since we couldn’t use them for the event, it would be a nice little keepsake. (If you cancel they still charge you over half of what the jersey cost. Whether they started your order or not!) When I received them they were shipped together in one huge bag. The jersey material is so thin and cheap. It’s see-through. The letters are not embroidered they are ironed on then they went over them with the sewing machine, zigzag pattern. ( I paid extra for embroidery) Many of the names are not even straight. They’re really tiny letters and the needle must have snagged some of them. There’s flyaway threads all over, pulled threads all over! Just very very crappy. I would not order from this company I have voiced my complaint to them, hoping that I can return them, hoping that they will refund me at least give me part of my money back or exchange them something! This false advertising. I have videos and pictures they have not contacted me back, I am very disappointed

Reply: I have sent you pictures and videos! I have sent emails and it takes a review for you to take me seriously??? Wow! The response I received was to cut the thread/ fly away threads. Which resulted in bunching of the fabric or the letters partially coming off! If I could give you no stars I would! You just keep blaming the factory! You or the factory are the same factory take responsibility!

There are many places to order clothing from. Purchasing any that appear to be oversees is frightening because some just do t understand American men’s sizes.
These guys fully get it. I’m big at around 340 pounds. So I tried to order a 5X jersey then a 6X pullover. They arrived fast in time and they are big. In fact they were so big and fit so great I felt skinny again!

When you ask them a question, they respond.

Ordered uniforms, had a possible revision, was in contact with support and all of a sudden the support email address is invalid. This is so crazy that they take payment and give you no information or estimated time on product being done. There is not even a working telephone number. I am getting to report fraud if I do not hear anything back today.

What made my experience great was the choices and items that this company has, they had exactly what I was looking for that I could not find anywhere else. The quick response, when you have a question is another wonderful experience I’ve had, and oh, let’s not forget the quality of their products is outstanding. I ordered jerseys for an American diabetes association bike/walk. My team got so many compliments on our jersey, they were so different and so unique. The actual date of my first experience was last year. I am using today’s date as the date of experience because, I ordered two more jerseys today.

I placed an order 2844081-10870 on Jan 6th online it says shipping 8 to 10 days. I have no shipping info at all. It just shows order placed. I reached out via email 5 times and have g9t no response back

I am very happy with the hockey jersey. I do not mind the long wait for it to arrive. But I very much like what they did with the logo I sent them, because it is so important to me. What I only notice is that the hockey jersey is darkish blue, which is kinda far from black-gray hockey jersey I am expecting to see. Nevertheless I still like it! Thank you so much DIYOJ!
