If a zero were an option I would chose it. Recieved the product I ordered but it was out of date. No response from the company after sending multiple emails. Horrible service. I do not recommend

I should have researched BBB and reviews for DIYbarista prior to ordering. I've attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times via email and their internal chat to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I was so looking forward to getting my order. Imagine my disappointment when the Starbucks/Teavana Peach Tranquility tea that arrived in Feb 2026 had already passed its expiration date by a year at the time of delivery. It had originally been packaged in early 2024! Teas containing real fruit don't last as long as other tea can. I wrote the company same day asking for assistance but still no response. Don't waste your money.
Absolutely awful. I placed an order of $127 worth of product after someone else I know successfully placed an order and received their items. I, however, never received my order but was charged. I commented on their social media and messaged them directly. They would respond once in a while saying they were looking into it but have now blocked me.
THE BUSINESS HAS NOT RETURNED MY TEXTS AT LEAST 10 OF THEM IN THE PAST 3 WEEKS TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION THERE IS NO WAY TO LEGITIMATELY DO THIS ON MY ACCOUNT AND THE PREDITORS HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. STARBUCKS DID SAY THEY WOULD LOOK INTO THEM BUT /THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD DOWN
If I could give a zero I would. Product had a 2024 usage date. Company refuses to respond after several emails regarding to cancel subscription. Their cancel subscription or even skip or reschedule does not work. They continue to charge my card. I finally had to report as fraud to card company.
SIgned up for DIY Barista to get Starbucks Caramel Brulee Sauce which is seasonal. I got a little discount to do a monthly delievery assuming when they ran out they would let me know it is no longer available HOWEVER they Did NOT! What they did was send me Caramel Syrup which costs $60 less per bottle and charged me for the original order which was $153. I went to their site to try and get this fixed but they do not answer their own Chat, don't return emails and have no other way to be contacted. I am currently working with my CC company to refund me the charge.
This company is a total scam if you read the fine print. They do NOT offer refunds just credits even if they send you the wrong item it's your fault. I cannot even get a response to return the wrong item for a credit. I would NEVER order from them again.
DO NOT deal with this "company". First of all, if you have a company that is collecting people's money, you are required to have a telephone so people can reach you. They DO NOT have a phone. They have multiple email address, most of which BOUNCE. They can presently be reached via a Facebook account. My gripe with them started when they put me on a RECURRING order that I never signed up for. Again, don't do any dealings with this company. I had to contact my bank to stop them from trying to access my account.
I received my order promptly. The product was well packaged and tasted like it should.
