Myself and my partner found ourselves in a tricky situation. All the glass merchants in our area (south wales) had a backlog of 4-5 weeks for glass for our Julitte balcony but due to a difficult situation with the scaffolding company they put pressure on us to get the job completed in 2 weeks. I found DIY Balustrades LTD online and Sean went out of his way to personally call different glass merchants up and down the UK to see how quick he could get the glass delivered to us by. Sean got back to me the same day and managed to arrange for us to receive the glass within the timescale of 2 weeks. With so much going on in the world it’s nice to know that people like Sean will go above and beyond for genuine customers. Thank you mate little things like this means so much more to people like us!
