DIY Products

The fence paint I got what I looked for and great choices of what we need and comparatively good price, B&Qs click and collect is a great option when you are sure about the product.

Don't order onliine

The whole experience of buying online from this company has been awful. Deliveries turning up at my house without any notice, most of the order was damaged which is no surprise as they just throw everything into the back of a van And to add insult to injury, they collected the return (again without any notice or formal confirmation that they did so) and i'm over 4 weeks now waiting for a refund despite numerous mails responding to my complaints that they will do so at once.

Worsts service no one help you inside…

Worsts service no one help you inside the store. I have bought tiles & make a plane gotten an appointment with tilers to fix a bathroom . My delivery changed & delay 5 days then after 5 days got an email your order canceled & your money refund to your bank account very simple they don’t care

Customer service is appalling …

I received a drill bit set with pieces missing. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal pal as B&Q customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. You did agree to send out a replacement and you did! Only problem was the replacement was a curtain pole!!!!! Diabolical

Terrible from start to finish

Terrible from start to finish. Made and order then items are cancelled and no reach out to tell other than amended confirmation. Items then arrived faulty and missing only half an order - this even happened on the replacement. Over a month still no items or refund. Avoid at all costs online.

Terrible

Terrible. I ordered it from the Irish BandQ website, then a week later I got a text message from an English company asking me for my address saying the delivery would be dispatched as soon as they had that information, then 2 weeks later I got a text message from the same company asking me to confirm my address and they would dispatch my delivery, 1 week later I got a message asking me what day I would like to recieve delivery, I picked the next day, it was delivered a week later, on a different day.

Finally I got it and unpacked it and it is the wrong item.
A total and utter waste of time, I will never buy anything online from anyone involved with this debacle ever again. €50 and lots of time wasted!

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience after ordering a tumble dryer online. Several weeks later and still i can't get B@Q to take away the old tumble dryer for recycling. There were serious communication failures. After been given a date for collection of old tumble dryer, no one arrived to collect it and no communication regarding same.

B&Q Customer service (Not Great)

The product itself was fine but the delivery service( I don't think it was the courier service itself I believe it was a B& Q problem)was atrocious I took a day off work to be there for the delivery of the item,it didn't arrive I filled out an online form still no reply I would be slow to buy from B&Q in the future.
