Excellent service. Electronic forms received immediately and hard copies (ordered as an optional extra) sent by 24 hour tracked service. Extremely competitive price, considerably lower than quotes from local solicitors and conveyancers. Good communications.

I came across the D.I.Y conveyancing website while looking for somewhere that would help me with removing a name from the title deeds of my house. I had previously approached a local solicitor who had quoted an extortionate fee for their services. Fortunately I found this business which is owned by George. He has been enormously helpful and has assisted me in every way. For what I think is quite a reasonable and affordable fee, he has prepared and professionally printed my conveyancing pack in readiness for me to send to Land registry once I have filled in the required information. He also spotted a mistake I had made and put that right. He sent the documents to me via email and I will also be getting printed copies of the pack by post.
If you are looking for someone to print out these forms, namely,
AP1 and TR1, then look no further.
