Pathetic Service and rubbish quality control!

Pathetic. Received a faulty item (button fell off first wear). Purchased directly from Dixxon website and have ignored my request to replace faulty item.
They keep saying my order doesn’t exist even though I have an email from them with an order number.
Absolutely disgraceful service and will never buy again.
A very expensive piece of flannel rubbish.

Company is a total scam

Company is a total scam. Bought shirts over a month ago and have not received them. Tracking number is a farce if you are able to read Chinese. Tried calling to no avail. They advised they are from the Midwest but this bs is from China. Buyer beware

Complete Scam

The store "may" be legit as brick n mortar, but the online site is a 100% scam. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Here I am at day 18 and now the tracking number which I e pect is a complete scam, no longer works. Don't purchase from this company. Customer service won't even return your emaila.

Poor service bad ethics, fraud, theft dispute

I asked to modify an order after I noticed the negative reviews stating the photos of the shirt were not an accurate representation of the actual shirt. Company told me they could not modify but to place a new order and refuse the first delivery. First order was returned to sender and now they are refusing to refund it and keeping the two flannels a $110 order. I filed a dispute and they have gone as far as to lie to the credit card company saying the items were delivered and in my possession when they have already been returned.

I called them to politely express my dissatisfaction as a paying customer and they were very rude and un helpful hanging up on me for no reason even though I was being polite and calm. I'm not sure what's wrong with this place but they are terrible. I should read more reviews before trying out new brands.

Shady Practices, Terrible Customer Service

After waiting over a week for my product, that I paid for shipping therefore am a bit less patient about, I left a review on the product stating that it still hasn't come.
Dixxon deleted my review and emailed me saying they're still in their shipping window.
This is, by far, not the first time they've done something like this. Any review that isn't 5 stars is deleted. Reach out to them about something and they make it clear you're wasting their time, yet they'll email you daily for reviews. Well Danny, here's your review, that you can't delete. You and your company treat customers like annoyances and manipulate the reviews on your site.

Spent several hundreds of dollars for…

Spent several hundreds of dollars for Christmas this year and needed to exchange sizes (everything runs small) after trying to use their online exchange feature several times, couldn’t exchange anything because everything was out of stock. Tried messaging the email for help but, now because it’s beyond the return window they say I’m out of luck. I’ll be selling everything on market place and will chose wisely where I spend my money next time. Products are great, sizing runs small, customer service zero stars

A+ merchandise and A++ customer service

Have 34 of their shirts and 2 jackets. Top notch. First flannels that dont shrink and the sleeves get to short. Wrinkle free and hold up very well. Have had several for 5 years and they look as good as new. I ordered the Casper jacket last time and the inside pocket ripped out the first time I wore it. Contacted Dixxon by email ( they responded in 10 min), they walked me though the return procedure and I had my new replacement jacket a week later. A+ merchandise and A++ customer service.

Horrible Company with Poor customer service

Horrible company to deal with! Do don’t recommend Dixxon anymore!! Poor Customer Service- they don’t respond by email or telephone.. just the automated BS..
Ordered Christmas gifts the first week of December. As of today, Dec 26th (after Christmas) i still haven’t received my order. The same happened last year and I should of learned my lesson…This is totally unacceptable! I have spent a lot of money with Dixxon and I will NEVER order another thing.

I have purchased many items from Dixxon over about a three year period, and I am very happy with the quality and service. Both speedy delivery and actually getting exactly what I have ordered every time. I’m happy to purchase more in the future

The ordering process was smooth and the flannels arrived quickly. The flannels themselves are very low quality. Disappointed because they looked like thicker, quality material online. They are very thin. You can see through the flimsy material. The sewing is bad. The seams look horrible with stray threads. I don’t think these are going to last long. Too expensive for low quality.

Good & fast service

Good & fast service. In my first order, the shirt was packed in the wrong bag with the wrong size Taged. I wrote them to explain the problem and I immediately received a mail back with a new shipping confirmation for another shirt in the right size. They told me that I could keep the wrong sizes flannel. Nice Move. I ordered e few other shirts after that, all fine, fast shipping, good quality!

Returns? Be wary!

If you have to make a return be careful.On two different occasions we have returned items and on both occasions instead of a refund they charged our card again. Once maybe a mistake twice I don’t buy it being a mistake. If we weren’t diligent in reviewing our card transactions we would have be out the $360.00 twice. There is no phone number to contact them only email. What kind of legitimate company has no phone number. We will no longer order anything from this company.

Dixxon UK Top Job!

My first experience with Dixxon UK was receiving the wrong shirt.....guess what, i contacted them and they sent me the correct shirt and facilitated the return of the wrong shirt within 24 hours. Ever since then i have bought shirts from them, selected economy shipping and always had the correct shirts delivered with 48-72 hours. The shirts are of a great quality and have maintained their appearance. When you get your head around the 'Limited quantity drop' aspect of Dixxon and Dixxon UK, you don't tend to feel 'butt hurt' about certain sizes, editions and colour-ways being out of stock, you'll anticipate upcoming drops. I've also got to mention the sizing. These come up larger than normal so size down if you want a more fitted look. Guess what? It actually says this on the website/app! In summary, i have nothing but good things to say about Dixxon UK as they have always delivered what they have promised....and when they didn't they put it right!

They get scratchy and pill up.

I jumped on the hype for their flannels. It was exciting to get limited issue shirts. At first, I loved them. I actually wear them and do not collect them (THEY ARE A FLANNEL). But I have had them for a year and only wash them when necessary. They suck after washing. They pill up and get scratchy. A good flannel should get softer as it ages. Buy a Carhartt.

Dixxon Workbench 2.0 Jacket Zipper

Purchased the Workbench 2.0 jacket last year in Dec. 2022. The jacket itself is great, love the quality of the actual jacket. Be warned if you use the jacket, that the product has a poor zipper. Its very cheap and will eventually break. The zipper became kinked, stuck and now is unusable. The feedback I received from customer service is "I would recommend taking it to the seamstress and see if they can repair it or an at-home remedy..." I posted a review on the jacket, and of course, they didn't post it. 🙁. If you're looking for a jacket that will last, and zipping it is important to you, I would reconsider.
