Absolutely fake leather don't go anywhere near this company.

I bought 2 sizes bigger and it was too small. tried to get a refund. they sent me the address with rma. accidently lost address. emailed them for a copy. emailed them 5 times and got nothing. reported this to Citibank. got reversal then got reversed back. called Citibank and spoke to a live human being. repeated my story and finally got my money back. i also explained that Dixon Leather is completely out of all of their inventor from hats to jackets and that Amazon is now selling Dixon Leather with inventory on hand and with real descriptions such as faux leather. for those of you who dont know FAUX is french for fake. like doctor speak (idiosyncratic) means it is something they dont have a clue about. the good thing is that Amazon is taking that line over so customer service will get a 1000 percent better. and as far as those 5 star write ups you see hear. Well Dixon Leather and friends wont be writing their own reviews anymore.

Really bad customer service.
The jackets they send out have onvious faults and IT IS NOT LEATHER.
Customer service won't even reply to you.

The company uses advertisements that give the impression it's going out of business or liquidating merchandise at rock bottom prices. They don't tell you that the products are not already here in the U.S. Nor do they tell you that they are cheap products being manufactured in China and will take at least 4 weeks to get what you ordered. I ordered a jacket, duffel bag, and wallet. The item I ordered last, arrived first. The jacket had a strange smell when I opened it. Not sure if it will go away after a while or if it's some kind of chemical from the manufacturing process. The jacket doesn't look as good as the picture. It's very thin. So thin that the jacket and the package it was in was actually stuffed into my standard mailbox. It was such a small package I was skeptical that it was the jacket. I doubt that I will wear it because it looks kind of cheap and tacky looking. The bag was suppose to be leather but it looks like it's entirely made out of vinyl or pleather, not sure exactly. But if any part of it was leather, maybe the tag attached to the handle. The wallet was the only thing that looked decent and I'll probably use that. I don't believe the company is a scam per se. They do seem to eventually give you what you ordered but it's nothing like what you thought you were ordering. Just like my parents taught me, you get what you pay for. If the price seems to good to be true, it probably is. Would never order anything from them again.

I just got mine two weeks ago. Yes, I saw the ad on Facebook. I am a female, I weigh 100 pounds soaking wet. I ordered the extra small and it fits me perfect. This thing is so comfortable I don’t want to take it off. It feels and looks amazing.

Dixon Leather is the worst company to deal with. We ordered our son a jacket on 12/9/2019 for a Christmas gift and it is now 1/17/2020 and we have not received our jacket. They keep sending a shipping tracking link and tell us that the jacket is on its way, but the link says the jacket is still in China! Their communication with customers is poor. They offered me a 50% discount for the shipping delay and now they do not respond to my emails. Fighting to get a full refund. I will never buy from them again and I would recommend others to be careful about making a purchase from them

I like the jacket except the zipper is on the left side. It's a woman's jacket and extra large is too small. No way to get a hold of customer service.

Scam. Bought a jacket for my hubby from a link he sent me on Black Friday. It came a week after Christmas because it's coming from China. Also not real leather. Reached out to support and got some BS about a warehouse in a sister company helping them out during this particularly busy time.
Anywho, the jacket is weirdly proportioned so I initiated a refund. They can give me store credit or 35% OF MY PURCHASE IF I KEEP THE JACKET. THATS LESS THAN $30 FOR A $95 PURCHASE.
Just go to Wilson Leather.

This company and her products are scam

This company scams people into believing their products are real leather with polyurethane waterproofing. There IS NOT a square millimeter of leather in the product! A total scam, ripoff, and time-to-delivery is terrible. Based NOW on what i see, getting a refund is IMPOSSIBLE!! If i could give a minus star review, i would.

I ordered a jacket from Dixon Leather through a Facebook add. It said the jackets were 75% off only that day and I had to order fast. I really really liked the design of the jacket and for 80 bucks I gave it a go.

Then the e-mail came, the jacket was send to me from China.... I thought it was Italian or something and I kinda panicked. The last time I ordered a leather jacket from china, I got something that looked like a cheap halloween costume.
So then I started looking for reviews, and ended up here. I saw only angry people saying their product was at least a size to small, that it was fake leather, was cheaply made and that the discount was every day.

So I looked again at the size I ordered and saw I ordered a small. That was no good news, I’m from the Netherlands and a small jacket fits me perfect. A Chinese small would never fit me.
So I looked on the site for options how to return the jacket or changing it for a bigger one. But that wasn’t done that easily it seemed.
So I thought I just wasted 80$ on a to small halloween quality leather jacket that is almost impossible to return.

But today (2-3 weeks after I ordered) the jacket arrived and it looks really really nice, it fits perfect, maybe even a bit roomier instead of smaller than my european S-size jackets. And the fake leather looked really good.

Is it terrible quality or cheaply made? No, I would see this same jacket also sell for 80$ in the mall. And a real leather jacket would sell from at least 200$. And a simpler fake-leather jacket is around 50$, so I think 80$ is about right.

BUT: I think it’s shameful and dishonest how they pressure you into buying by telling you it the last day of a big sale, when instead it’s the last day every day and the discount is just the normal prize.
And it’s not right how they try to convince you it real leather.

So, I really really like my new jacket. It’s just the way how they sell it that is a bit dishonest and made me take away a star.

Leather......NOT....Dreadful jacket, slippery, rubbery, plastic not even remotely the design ordered (aside from it not being leather)!!! Do not buy from this company unless you want fake leather. Oh and awful customer service

REALLY shoddy work. I was nervous when they shipped directly from China but I held out hope.

I just opened the flimsy little bag my jacket came in and should not have done so.

The biggest issue is a few patches of randomly sewn on leather(?) that have strings hanging from them. I don't see how it could be leather since when I pulled on one the patch fell off and the backing is fabric.

Not real leather. Fake leather jackets cheaply made. The company is in China and it’s a scam. Don’t waste your money. Return policy is shady.

Their motto is "LEATHER NOT BULLS*IT" Turns out, it's all bulls*it, the jackets are made of Polyutherane, which they sort of mention in the description of the jacket as Leather (PU) I guess you are supposed to divine that (PU) stands for Polyutherane which clearly it is not leather! This is a shameless scam. This company should not be allowed to do business online

Im satisfied with the jacket i deff should have ordered an xl i was a little lury on receiving my package after i paid and read the reviews but all in all I recieved my package and im satisfied it fits ok for a large number m 5’6” should have got an xl

This is not real leather, but also not a terrible jacket for the price. Buy one size larger
