I have to say I am very disappointed…
I have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received. I Sent the 1st email that there seemed to be a problem. An hour later I received a second copy. That was when I sent the second email. The responses we not very professional. I was using Adobe, Microsoft word on my phone and downloading it each time on my phone as directed by your emails. I had to open it in another electronic device. Once again still using Adobe and Microsoft word. I just wanted to preview the documents before I got home. The emails sent were very unhelpful.
