Services never rendered, emails never replied to, escalate the issue and they’ll reply that they’ll get back in 1-2 business days. It’s been 1-2 business months. Still nothing.

All documents were easy to fill out and was a step by step process

Lots of questions that are fairly easy to answer. However, the income section is really bad as there is no explanation of how to fill it out and lots of acronyms with no explanation of what they are.

What did I pay for if you don’t file the paperwork?

The questionnaire is pretty simple to follow. It would be helpful to have a list of all data needed up front so that I could gather it all before I started. I had to go back and forth a lot while collecting information. But the questionnaire itself is well done. The filing instructions are also extremely helpful.

Everything. I received my pdf forms to download and once i did that all of the spelling of the words are wrong i had to edit it myself. When i reached out to divorce net they wouldn't respond for a week and a half. I asked for a refund, they informed me once i made a profile i wouldn't be able to get my $143.00 back. I then called them and they told me nothing was wrong. I finally ask to escalate the call and i spoke with a supervisor who asked me to send in the the bad copies that downloaded. They were sent in and i still have no response or results and still married and unable to file due to misspelled, misinterpreted and a ton of un professional court papers that i can't use.
