The song was great but your only option to listen to it is via a web link. I certainly don't want to have to search my email for the "Divine" email, then play it on my computer. Seems like a real waste of time and money if that's the only option, other than spend more money with them to get a CD or cassette. I would pass on this service again as it makes it unusuable.

Quick service, there was a mistake in my song, they fixed it same day and sent it back, the communication was great, have recommended it to 20 people already

The song was good, but the issue that they don't tell you is that the song is just a link that you can stream from. So you wont get a downloadable file so you can spend $143 just to have a link to stream, then they will try to sell you a CD package if you want your song as a file that can be played on the radio and not just streamed. Because they are not trying to give you a MP3 file. So really your just paying for the streaming link but they don't tell you that. The song was nice and everything was good as far as that goes but it wont be usable the way I wanted it to at my wedding.

UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE AT END OF REVIEW
They did a good job with the song and the edits I requested. The problem is there is no way to download the song to my phone or add to any music library. It would be nice to have it in a play list so it can pop up while I'm listening to music, or to create a movie with pictures while the song plays. But the ONLY way to listen to it is to go to the link in the email! What if I'm somewhere there is no service? What if the website isn't there in a year? Then I paid $150 for nothing? Also, because it's such a pain to get to the song, it was really awkward and obvious when I played it for my husband. I would have rather created a play list so it would automatically play it, but instead I had to stop the music I was listening to, wait for the page to load, and then play it. He called me out within the first few seconds which ruined the moment. And since it's only accessible through the website and he never asked for the link, he'll never hear it again which makes me sad.
And while being able to download it to my music library is the *only* thing that would make this better, you end up getting spammed to get it in every single other format under the sun. 2 CDs $99, Vinyl record $149, 2 cassettes $69.99, published to You Tube $19.99, a keepsake page/permanent home for the song $4.99 PER MONTH, wall art with the lyrics $149.99, custom mug $59.99!!! It's insane all the upsells there are, yet none for the one thing that matters.
Also, when you click the link to get to your song, it includes the lyrics. However, if you have any edits, they update the song, but not the lyrics. What's that about? What if someone bought one of those upsell items that include the lyrics, are they getting the unedited lyrics printed too?
Just sad and ridiculous. I liked the song but it will fade into the ether due to not being able to download it.

I wrote to divine song asking for the MP3 that they said I could request in response to this review. I got the following reply:

I have since updated their 2 stars to 1 star for their blatant lies.

I need to talk about editing the song- which I paid for but I cannot get customer service- if it exists- so I’m not happy with this. Please contact me so we can rectify this solution. Otherwise the song is beautiful- I need it edited- dont need all the other things you are texting me to buy.

I can't say enough. I don't know who the Artist was that put the words together he made it an Awesome song. I loved it so, even brought tears to my eyes when I heard my own song. I'd just like to say Thank you so very much to whomever you are. Thanks, Gary '56 Junes'

I was very skeptical at first and concerned about the poor reviews they had received.
But I thought I would give it a go.
I absolutely love my song that I had for my husband. I am going to give it to him on our anniversary.
All the details were right, they delivered it on time to my account, the customer service was great when I asked them some things to clear up.
I love it, it made me bawl my eyes out!! My husband is going to love it and it’s an absolutely gorgeous romantic song about our very special memories we have together.

My experience using Divine song was amazing to say the least! They were very responsive and a pleasure to work with, with any questions or edits I requested. Quick turn around AND the genre, song, lyrics was exactly what I was looking for! Incredible experience and amazing product. My husband was so surprised as was our daughters. The perfect song was made for us for Fathers Day. Best gift ever, quote! Thank you!

Everything was wonderful

The song is created using AI. The problem is AI has problems pronouncing names correctly. I sent 2 revisions & gave the phonetic pronunciation in a few different ways & it still didn’t get it right. Of course, there’s no actual person to speak to, so that a human being can easily correct it! Never again! Too expensive not to get it done right…Update: I was able to email & got an immediate response! The problem was fixed by a human. Don’t use the edit button that comes with ur song. Instead, email them!

So disappointed. I chose the wrong genre and had paid for edits. Had actually paid aud$300, which is a lot (it said it was aud, but was clearly usd when I ordered). I requested a change of genre and was told that was possible, but have not heard back since! I have emailed numerous times as really needed the final product for a 50th Wedding Anniversay which came & went. Have requested a full refund and have still not had a reply of any kind and it's been another two weeks.
Very very disappointed and can not warn you more to not go ahead and purchase.
A reminder to not get caught up in a moment where you think people are honest.

This has been a terrible experience. I paid $150 for this piece of crap song. I gave Divine Song an abundance of information to make a detailed very personal, song but when I received the song I could tell it was AI written. Some of the information in the song was incorrect and the rest of the lyrics were generic. I reached out to them to let them know that the lyrics were wrong, but I did not receive a response. This was for my 30th Anniversary so as you can imagine I was completely disappointed and very upset that I waisted my hard earned money. Divine Song is a scam, do NOT use them.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! Paid money for a song they promised would be delivered by Father’s Day, that never happened. They send automated emails out stating they will get back to you in 24-48 hours again NOT HAPPENING!!!!!
They are ripping people off .
I unfortunately did not read the 1 star reviews prior to placing and order.
I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY STOPPED COMMUNICATING. I let them know I would be reporting their FRAUDULENT BUSINESS IF I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM.
I DID REPORT THEM AND THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION GOING ON.
I hope anyone who has been SCAMMED BY DIVINE SONG CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORT THERE FRAUDULENTLY ACTIVITY!!!

UPDATE: My money has been refunded through the credit card investigation.
The company was charged for the dispute and contacted me asking me to reverse the dispute because it would cost them additional money if the lost.

I SUGGEST IF YOU DID NIT RECEIVE YOUR SONG LIKE I DID NOT, YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGE AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
