I have no problem with the company as such, they were pretty responsive.
I am just disappointed with quality of their slippers and with the lack of insoles replacement in their shop.
My slippers are unwearable after less than 6 months, which is a short time considering the price.

Gorgeous shoes and so unique, they're so comfy it's like walking on a cloud :D I actually had problems with the 1st delivery but the customer service team really outdid themselves and sent me a pair immediately when the 1st package never arrived, I had already lost hope and was delighted as the shoes fit perfectly and are very well made! I'm already looking for a winter pair, very happy with this unique Spanish brand

What a great experience - Dom helped us with sorting shipping etc to New Zealand. My husband loves his shoes (leather wallabies). Super light and really good quality. The stitching and details are solid and done properly. Will definitely buy again!

Seriously fabulous. Been looking for a while for affordable quality canvas espadrilles. That fitted properly and looked ‘quality’. And had that European vibe. Shoes that weren’t ignored and that I loved every time I wore them.
Had some years ago that I bought in Spain. Never found them again until......
