Good customer service
The whole process didn't take long after doing all credit checks. My request was approved within minutes. The staff were good professionals and efficient. I will definitely recommend Divido. I am pleased with the help i got from them.

My thoughts about the brilliant company boxt
I had the pleasure of having a replacement boiler fitted by boxt. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. I was given opportunity to decide each step from beginning to end. The technicians were courteous and extremely pleasant, worked to a very high standard. I would advise anyone requiring this type of work to contact boxt as a first port of call. Simple, pain-free borrowing
I recently purchased a Simba mattress and decided to spread the cost.
Divido offered three options, giving me more choice of how long I wanted the finance agreement, with 0% interest.
The initial set-up was very simple and pain-free.
I was using my mobile to purchase and the web pages loaded pretty fast and smoothly.
I have received a few friendly emails from Divido and I totally understand what I owe and when first payments will be taken after they have written to me with notification.
If I make future finance payments on goods and Divido are the financer, then I'll feel content I'm with a good lender.

Fantastic service.
I applied for a loan for a purchase, the process with simple, quick and efficient. I only needed to provide a few simple details and had a decision within minutes. I would have provided 5 stars but it would appear that part of the process is incompatible with Apple Safari so I would recommend using Firefox or something similar. Otherwise perfect.

Went to buy a mattress from Simba but couldn't afford to pay the £600 for the mattress there and then but they had a finance option with Divido. Glad to say I chose the finance option, found out there and then if I was accepted and transaction was processed straight away, had nothing but positive emails from Divido explaining everything and friendly customer service team who have emailed a few times since receving my mattress basically asking if everything was okay and if I was happy etc. And the fabby thing about using Divido is that I have 12 months to pay for my mattress but 0% interest for that 12 months. Lovely team :) very happy customer :)

I hadn't heard of Divido before. They are the financial service providing 0% interest rates when I purchased a mattress from Simba Sleep. The online application service was straight forward and the email correspondence kept me in the loop.
