Customer service is non existant, can you trust the company?
I have happily and succesfully used a Sea Touch 4 for over 150 dives now. It has worked well. However, I have recently had a problem with a split touch screen ( internal, so, no seawater involved), so, the product is no longer functioning. I approached Divevolk, and, they were initially responsive, but, having supplied them with all the info they required, they have just ignored allmy attempts at contact. the customer service is appaling and is letting down what has been a decent product. Iadvise you look at an alternative.
